Hey travellers!

This post is the first of my trip to Chile. After the trip to Rio Grande do Sul, our destination was Santiago de Chile, initially to visit the wineries , but we ended up extending the trip including a surprise place.

I selected some photos that I liked from the first day walking through the streets of Santiago.

After a 10-hour flight delay, luckily we had access to the VIP lounge at the airport, which is why it's good to have a card that offers this benefit for those who travel a lot. This could save you in cases like this.

When we finally arrived, we couldn't get the car at the airport because of the delay, so we went to the hotel, which was super complete, with 3 bedrooms and a kitchen.

The view from our apartment was one of the streets in the Providência neighborhood, full of buildings, and the street was very busy at night, with people strolling in bars and restaurants.

A really cool neighborhood for those who like places with a lively nightlife, I highly recommend staying in this neighborhood!

There are many options of bars and restaurants to have fun.

The next morning, we went to get the car, and as it was close, we decided to walk and take the opportunity to take some photos along the way.

I thought the city was really cool, with beautiful buildings, charming churches, and super clean and easy to find.

One of the highlights is the Costanera Center building, one of the largest vertical shopping malls in Latin America with more than 60 floors.

Maybe let's go up there, I heard there's a rooftop with incredible views of the city.

After picking up the car, we headed towards the winery as we didn't have time to waste.

I really enjoyed being able to see the Andes mountain range between the buildings, it creates a beautiful backdrop for the city.

This first contact with Santiago has already pleasantly surprised me, I want to be able to choose this city more.

Stay tuned for more follow-up posts about this trip.

Thank you for reading my post.
see you soon

Hi @peakd team, Hope to find you well!

I noticed that my anchor link isn't working on peakd frontend.
It's possible to check the special chars handle from H1 tag ID to make it compatible with TravelFeed H1 ID pattern?
