Hey guys, hope you all are doing well. Today we go on a little Graffiti aka Streetart tour in my area: Almada in Portugal. It will be close to the harbor where you can take the ferris to lisboa.
The photos I have done randomly over the last half year. But mostly single photos and I thought they were not good enough to join in the Graffiti Contest. So I decided to put them all in a bigger Streetart Post and short Graffiti Journey.
My Streetart tour was around Rua Manuel José Gomes 10, in Almada.
We have many abandoned houses or ruins here. It's also a hidden gem for streetart lovers because you find a looooot graffitis from famous artists from Portugal here. Most graffitis I have shown in the past where from this place. I won't posts them here again, I will show some more different art creations today from my area.
Ready for the walk? Put your shoes on and let's goooooo......
This is another lovely graffiti. I like the dragon much, it reminds me of DragonBall.
This one is also super cool I think. I like the colors much.
Everywhere is some streetart, if you open your eyes and walk down the small, sometimes hidden roads, you will find here sooo many nice nearly unrecognized artworks.
Let's see what else we will find...
No joke, in some streets here you will find art pieces directly in one line... It's like a Graffiti paradise, I swear. Surrounded from colorful walls, every artwork in a different style from a different artist, sometimes even anonymous or a hidden signature.
Let's walk on and check the others...
(this Streetartwork is my directly Entry for the Contest. It has the deepest meaning of all and I think this would be better to choose out for my entry.)
This style is a bit sad or better it gives a sad mood, isn't it?
Of course life is not always a party and we have also a sad side, this artist catches this moment pretty well. What you think?
Let's see if we find some funny graffitis again.
You can walk around in this streets for hours I swear. I will show you from Google Map 3D. If you wanna check out the area by yourself digital, go on Google Maps and put in "Rua Manuel José Gomes 10, in Almada, Portugal" and you will see it by your own.
Here if you don't wanna check by your own...
In this area directly you don't have fancy cafés or restaurants. For that you have to go back to a main street. This area is like a little district of graffitis, abandoned houses and some ruins. Only behind some walls are fancy hidden spots but this is rare.
Hope you liked my little travel kind post with the focus on streetart?
Feel free to leave a comment and your thoughts.
