Embroidery and roses in Kazanlak 🌹

in #hive-1847842 years ago

For the first time, such a large graffiti project is being implemented in the small and very beautiful town of Kazanlak, called the city of roses. The city finally got a large and thematic mural painted by SuperGteam from Burgas.

The painting of the graffiti coincided with the last day of the Rose Festival - the city's most important event of the year. I guess this is also the reason to do it, because this year this holiday was celebrated for the 120th time.

I wanted to know more about it and on the official site of Kazanlak I actually found out that two young people, a brother and a sister, are behind this project. They organized a competition among young artists in the local art high school and thus approved exactly this composition for the mural, using the windows of the 8-story building itself.

I understand why they chose these two graffiti artists from SuperGteam, because I know it's their style to include a lot of embroidery in their works.

Thanks for reading 😊🌹

It's beautiful and the city of roses is embellished even more with that impressive and very realistic wall painting with some pixel art touches. I think that's what I see around the edges and in the little figures or embroideries as you call them.
Someone correct me if I'm wrong....

My compliments. It's a nice publication and I would like to visit Bulgaria one day.

Thank you so much @nanixxx, welcome 😊🌹
