I love to discover art in the least expected place. A few days ago I was walking quietly in the vicinity of downtown and in the Centro Cultural Tulio Febres Cordero, I came across this work, which left me in love.
This mural that looks like a stained glass window because of its colors and its mosaic-like composition enchanted me. They are a series of birds, with many waves and silhouettes that give the impression of ease and freshness.
They are very elegant birds, perhaps a little pretentious, very striking, the mural has a signature, but no name is distinguished, all credit to its authors. It is a pity that it was very dark and my phone is not the best in areas like this, but I still wanted to share with you this mural.
The mural is repeated in three sections of the wall, which makes it more striking and eye-catching. What do you think of these birds, do you know their names? At first, I thought they were peacocks, but now I'm not sure.
This is my entry to the contest: Concurso de Arte Callejero de CCC #159, which I invite you to join, so we know all those fantastic murals from around the world.
It was a pleasure to share with you this magnificent expression of art, I hope to continue sharing, more of the urban art of my city.
