Hello everyone!
I am happy to join the street art competition again. š So, this is my entry for the CCC's Street Art Contest #134, hosted by @digi-me. Today I want to share a Street Art find I found in Kyiv. I named it "Somewhere Beyond The Sea".
When I saw this artwork, I remembered the song "Beyond the Sea" by Bobby Darin. I'm sure you all know its lyrics very well. And I also thought that the author of this street art was inspired to create sea images by this azure tile on the wall. This tile reminds me of a swimming pool. What do you think? š¤
I like these images of the fish and the whimsical waves that resemble the heads of birds and a black seagull. Toucans and pink flowers are also cute. This artwork is very dynamic; everything here is in motion. It seems to me that I can hear the cries of seagulls and how the waves crash.
I googled this author on the Internet and found her Instagram page. It turns out that Maryana Delasa loves the sea very much and has a lot of artwork on the sea theme. I did not find this street art in her portfolio. But in terms of style, it resembles her artistic creations of 2017. And, of course, the signature on the wall confirms that Delasa is the author.

I hope this street art, at least for a moment, will immerse you in pleasant memories of the sea.
