Further up the road, as I walked into Dee Street from Tay Street, Invercargill l found this beautiful mural. I was on the opposite side of the road and took the chance to photograph 📸 it from where I stood.
So I found this mural on 66 Dee Street Invercargill.
When I checked it out online, it says Deow is the organiser of the South Sea Spray Festival.
It is not clear to me if he painted this mural, but Waihōpai is the Maori name for Invercargill, which comes from the Waihopai river.
I think it is a beautiful mural, and its beauty might have been catchy in a more open spot.
With this mural, I am entering for this week's contest.
