Welcome to the Hive Network's favorite blind chef hangout. As a retired chef, people always wanted me over for the yummiest. And this is a great party snack. What great about this tasty treat is its simple and quick to make.
Ok, lets get ready.
Here's what you need:
Cashews( these are salted, makes it easier for me)
Ginger powdered
Garlic powder
Black Pepper Ground
Butter (half stick and salted)
Honey(you pick your flavor)
Start out with 1/4 - 1/3 cup of the honey.
1 big spoon of the ginger
About 2/3 of a spoon of garlic
Then around 1/3 of the pepper
Quick mix and then add the butter.
Start up your cookware on just under medium heat and give it a few sprays of your oil.
Toss them in and stir around once in a while.
While the nuts start to toast, nuke the mixture for about 30 seconds.
When you just start to smell the aromatics, add the flavor and constantly swirl and toss.
Continue doing this but notice the color change...
Soon take it off the heat.
Setup a parchment paper/non stick surface to allow the nuts to cool.
Spread them out nice and evenly.
Every once in a while toss around to help improve the cooling.
After 30 minutes, you can store or eat them. If you let them sit for a day before eating, the taste will be so much better! ❤️
Not thinking of electricity but just raw cost, this was about $10 USD.
Thank you for reading this and I hope you get inspired by this.
