Continuing my journey as a #Farmer(+) in #HashKings under 🍕hive.Pizza🍕 #scholarship program, and also update on my investments and returns related to the game. +meaning I am not just looking the game as Farmer but other investment and game mechanics too

Continuing tracking of financial transactions related to game which I started last week (Note that most calculations related to Guild part are estimates based on current market prices, as I do not have exact data from guild on that)
Expenses
Avatar NFTs : This was one of the major expense contributor in this week, bought a Legendary Avatar SpikeBot-208, currently it is listed for sale (lowest price) on market, but may be in couple of days when New Joint pricing with BUDS discount kick in I will level up and forge this avatar
BUDS : 1.06 hive worth bought of market
SEEDS : Bought around 1 hive worth on market mostly to trade
MOTA : Bought 0.03 hive worth on market have more buy orders in but seems like no body wants to sell 🙃
Guild Part : By next week's report the current delegations will end so this part will get updated based on what will be in next cycle
No changes in HKWATER, HKAVATAR & BUDSX
So I spent 12.18 hive on the game in last week which takes my total Hashkings expenses to 75.62 hive and 13.77 hive savings thanks to hive.Pizza's scholarship program
Revenues
On Revenues side
- Guild Revenue : contribution of 0.28 hive by sharing the 30% of the harvest share
- BUDS : BUDS revenue has been adjust to deduct the Guild Revenue from my revenue, so the value is less compared to last week
- SEEDS : sale of Seeds on market generated around 1 hive of revenue
- HKAVATAR : sold 1 avatar pack last week netting me 2.25 hive
- No changes in LAND, HKWATER, Avatar NFTs, MOTA & BUDSX
Around 3 hive revenue was generated last week, which takes the total to 58.25 hive and have provided revenue of 3.07 hive to the guild
Assets
- Land : Will get there some day 🙂
- SEEDS : have around 27 seeds which at lowest market listings are worth around 1.27 hive
- HKWATER : No Change
- BUDS : increase of around 1.71 hive due to amount added by various purchases and harvest
- BUDSX : held in wallet the price seems to be stabilizing around 3.5E-7 hive/BUDSX now
- MOTA : held in wallet
- HKAVATAR : none remaining after the sale of last one in last week
- Avatar NFTs : 4 (1 Legendary, 1 upgraded Epic and 2 commons)
Total Current Assets value is $69.24 majority being the Avatar NFTs
Gains
Well simple calculation for Gains = (Revenues + Asset value) - Expenses
and currently it stands at 51.87 hive (+5.76 hive) or 68.59% of my expense of around 75 hive related to the game.
BUDS Staking Gains
As I mentioned in last week now BUDS can be staked, which converts BUDS to BUDSX, the ratio of which is increased everyday as the game team add BUDS to this pool from part of their revenue every day.
The current BUDS to BUDSX ratio is 0.00129566, a 2.97% increase since last week's update, taking my gain to 6177 BUDS or 8.21% of around 75K Buds staked and this gains are all passively happening 🙂
hive.pizza Scholarship Program
Recap, under the Scholarship program I have been delegated
- 15 South America Land plots
- Colombian Gold seeds & Panama Red seeds for 4 cycles of farming gameplay
- HKWATER tokens to complete above 4 cycles
When I harvest I will receive BUDS token, of which 30% I need to give to the guild and 70% I get to keep and use as I see fit.
A Win-Win for both
- Guild - assets don't go to waste and earns 30% on the assets potential
- Player - invest some times and get 70% return without financial investment

Harvest Report
After completing the farming gameplay for this week, this is what my harvest looks like
So in total I got 4005 BUDS and after guild share I have now 2083 Buds which at current market rate is equivalent of 0.46 Hive.
