The builder's grand finale. From Asgard to Jotunheim.

Hello everyone.

I continue my adventures in Asgard and through my favorite captures I will show you a little of what I have lived in that magical place. Previously, I told you how the blacksmith had asked me for some materials to make an unbreakable rope to bind the wolf, son of Loki. So, after gathering those materials, I head to his forge, but this time I enter from the top.

Once inside, the blacksmith Ivaldi receives the materials and tells me that the rope will be ready when it should be. Something like that he would finish it when he wanted to. At that moment Freya interrupts us, who was very upset with the promise we had made to the builder, because the truth was that the tower was already finished.

Not believing what Freya was telling me, I immediately went to the construction site and, in the distance, witnessed how the tower was completely finished. Evidently, the builder had received help, so by boat I went to meet him to demand explanations.

As we stand face to face, the builder informs me that, although the tower is finished, the shield is missing a rune, which he will paint once he marries Freya. What he didn't know was that they had brought Loki transformed into Freya to trick him.

Our plan failed, so I decided to hunt down the builder's helpers and bring back the magic ink to try to finish the shield.

Once I had the ink in my hands, I ran to the tower again to try to sort things out while Thor kept them entertained.

Seeing me arrive with the ink, the builder lost his mind and said that such an offense would only be solved with blood. What he did not know was that the only blood spilled would be his own. So, as the others retreated, this being changed to his true form.

The fight was quite entertaining, in fact I think it was the one I enjoyed the most so far. Every attack from the frost giant caused a burst in the impact area, making it impossible to aim at his head, the only vulnerable place he had.

18.png

In the second phase, the builder lit up and began to radiate arcane energy, becoming a little stronger and accelerating the frequency of his magical attacks. But it was all in vain, as he died by my hand, being pierced by the back of his own hammer.

After the fight, I rejoin the family and, to no one's surprise, a comment from Loki reveals that he was always in cahoots with the builder. Everyone cursed the existence of such a monstrous being and, between strong words, he made it clear to him that his wolf son would be safe, but imprisoned for life because of his treachery.

The problem was that we were now back to square one, as Asgard remained unprotected, so the only possible solution was to travel to Jotunheim through one of the gates of the Heimdall tower.

Once I arrived at the gate of Jotunheim, they opened a little and a freezing breeze changed the environment. But to find out what happened next, you'll have to wait for a future post, as this story will continue...
