Hope you are alright. So, previously I shared that we were on a big mission to rescue Carlos Montero's son Alejandro Montero and also to kill Jose Castilo. Let's start from where we were, shall we?
So, Jose was making a big celebration about the execution and arranged broadcasting and band music in front of the church. I was on top of the bell tower of the church with my sniper rifle making sure I had my eyes on everyone clearly from my position.
I also had my full view of Jose Castilo, our main target. But, I had my clear orders from Carlos not to shoot until he gave the order cause we also needed to save the prisoners that they brought to execute.
They were about to hang Alejandro using the barrel of a tank, I kept asking "What should I do?". But just when Carlos was about to say something, the bell behind me rang and I couldn't hear a thing.
Time was short and I didn't have any option to wait for the clear order. So, I decided to improvise and aimed my gun at Jose Castilo to take the shot.
By then they already put the rope on his neck and were about to pull him up.
But, just when I tried to take my shot, the gun jammed and while I was trying to fix it, it blasted into my face. Just after that I noticed Miguel smiling at me and ran away from the place. I was suspicious of him from the beginning.
So, I failed to take the shot and they were pulling the rope to hand Alejandro. So, Camilia had to step in by pulling her gun out and shooting at the guards.
Just then things took some wrong turns as Jose realised that he wouldn't be able to complete the full execution peacefully, he started to kill the prisoners one by one using his sword.
Then Carlos Montero swooped in the scene with his horse and the fight was getting messier with a lot of things happening at the same time. I had a hard time just to take the sereenshots.
My character, Dani was still senseless and was lying on the ground. Miguel was the traitor who ran away and also supplied us with disabled guns. Philly is not someone who can fight and was only there with a truck as our gateway. So, Camilia and Carlos were the only two handling this whole batch of soldiers. And sadly, they didn't even have their guns.
After killing the soldiers in the front, Carlos was able to get Alejandro and release him from the hanging rope.
Meanwhile, Jose was trying to escape the place while holding one of the prisoners as his hostage.
Just as he was about to get on the helicopter to escape, he noticed me on top of the bell tower and ordered the tank to blow me up. I fainted after my gun blew up so I was still not sure what was happening and when the tank aimed at me, I could only barely respond.

I didn't know if my character Dani was able to make the jump and was alright or not. Cause just after the blast, the scenery changed and it was a horrific one. As Castilo was running away from the church after rescuing Alejandro, he noticed that there was a time bomb tied to Alejandro's hands with only 6 seconds remaining. This confirms that the whole trial and execution thing was just a trap to kill Carlos, Camilia and Dani. And it also confirms that Miguel betrayed us.

There was no time to turn it off or throw it away. So Carlos Montero paid the hard price for his son. He cut the bomb and dropped Alejandro from the horse. As the horse kept running he blew up just a second later. Sacrificing himself for the son who always worked against him.

In the end, Camila saw Miguel standing in a safe corner doing nothing, I could feel the anger in her.
We lost one of the great leaders, Camilia lost her father. For what? We couldn't even touch Jose. He safely got away on his chopper.
With this sad ending, this part of the mission ended. Guess not it's time for search and rescue for those who are still alive and can be saved.
