Hey Fellow Gamers
I've been quite busy the past month trying to find a job and other real-life problems. I sure took long to come back and I apologize for that. Lastly, I shared how I collected the light of Alfheim into the Byfrost. And Kratos and Atreus killed thousands of enemies in the cave. Now, I'll share how I escaped the place and finally left Alfheim and reached Midgard.
I needed to pick these glowing stones and put them in certain places. Then I ordered Atreus to shoot the rock with his arrow which was powered with Alfheim's Light. This helps us create bridges to pass from one building to another and climb up to places that can't be reached normally.
Finally, we reached the main gate. The journey wasn't this easy and we had to pass through a lot of obstacles. I'm only showing a summary here because the main mission part is yet to come.
After Atreus climbed up and solved the puzzle to open the door, I pushed it open and the angels started to come inside the Temple.
Atreus was surprised to see them and kept looking at them curiously. After that when we reached the lake we noticed that the boat wasn't there. We used it to enter the temple from the opposite side and left the boat there.
I tried all the way possible to re-enter the temple and return to that place. But, I removed and changed the position of all the stones that helped to create and hold the light bridges. After not finding anyway, I used the elevator to come back up.
The main gate that we opened from the inside is sealed again. No way to go back or enter through that gate.
Just then I found a sideway near the gate with stairs leading to a cave that may help us to enter the temple again.
After entering, I collected another stone and made our way through the temple. It was completely dark inside and I had to use the light of the byfrost to pass through this darkness.
I was almost to the final step and suddenly an enemy attacked Kratos. He was totally unprepared for this and had to struggle a lot to escape from the grip of that enemy. The enemy was a special one and it was quite tough to make him let go of me. He was trying to choke me to death from behind.
He was quite strong and most importantly the weapon in his hand was dealing a lot of damage to my health by constantly attacking me with its blast ability. The battle was so intense that I had a lot of problems just to use the photo mode to capture the battle. That's why you will see some normal screenshots too.
After a long battle, I was able to defeat this enemy with my special attack. It was tough to kill him mostly because he was flying around and dodging my attacks.
In the end, the scenery took another suspicious turn. Cause, before dying he told me that I made a grave mistake by killing him and I'm going to retreat my doing. It didn't look like a normal revenge-type warning but more of a warning for a mistake I actually made.
Atreus took this warning seriously and wanted to explore what he truly meant but Kratos wanted to keep his focus on the main mission so the story also skipped this part and we moved ahead.
After a while, we finally found a way to come up and found our boat. And we started our journey to the realm travel room again.
The angels of Alfheim got their power back again.
Kratos and Atreus had some arguments on the way. Atreus was getting emotional to know about what was his mother like when Kratos got to see her while he was inside the light of Alfheim. But, Kratos was too hard to let his emotions out and wanted to stay focused on the mission. In the end, they sorted things out and continued the journey.
As I can see, Atreus is getting more and more arrogant and disobedient day by day.
I took these images after I landed from the boat and was heading towards the realm travelling room.
After a while, we finally reached the realm travel room.
After reaching there, I used the Byfrost to travel through the realms and reach our estimated realm "Midgard".
In my next post, I'll share what happens after I reach Midgard and how I use the Byfrost to get past the Blackbreath blocking our way to the top of the mountain.
I hope you liked my shots and the post. Follow my profile for more and thank you for your precious time.
