The Beauty of Crimson Valley and its Dynamic Weather System

in #hive-1856763 months ago

Hello and Welcome back to my blog!

One of my favourite maps in theHunter: Call of the Wild is the Yukon Valley Nature Reserve. It has the most beautiful landscape I have seen in this game. Crimson Valley has to be the best place for nature lovers and for hunting animals. It has vast open fields with little to no trees and many animals.

I am here to share the beauty of this place with you.

Most of the time it has these bright crimson grasses which can occasionally be covered with snow which hides the red color and makes it all white. This change happens within minutes and experiencing the snowfall which brings all this change is an amazing view.

I took two photos of the same place so you can see the change for yourself.

The above shot was taken moments after it started snowing there. I didn't move from this place and stayed there for a minute or so you can see the change.

Could you look at this drastic change? The grasses and leaves on the trees are covered with snow and turned white. The entire landscape changes and remains covered in snow as long as the clouds remain. Once the sun gets out, the snow starts to melt again exposing the beautiful crimson grassland.

They implemented this feature well. I am not sure if it affects any animal behaviour but I have my doubts that the animal activity lowers down in the snow storm.

This is what the outposts look like in this region. Just a small wooden cabin with angled roofs (which matches the colour of the grasses as well). This is the new outpost we discovered last night.

Just close to this was a beautiful lake.

If I talk about the animals in this region. There are a lot of Bisons, Mooses, Brown Bears, Grey Wolves and Geese. I have hunted a lot of them last night with @bemier.

I love the Moose antlers and the bigger they get the more trophy ratings we get along with better rewards.

I shot down a goose that was flying over our head. I sprayed them with the bullets and hoped one of them would hit the flock. It did hit one of them and the poor bird flopped to the ground. I couldn't even see its head...lol.

I liked her pose, how peacefully they were flying until they heard some gunshots and left that 'V' Formation.

There were some close encounters with the Wolves. It was harder to tell if we were hunting them or they were hunting us. I guess we were stalking each other.

But in the end, we must have killed like 10 of them. One of them was even super rare 'Egg-white' fur type. There were at least two packs of Grey Wolves which we stalked and killed most of their pack. It helps that they try to attack you sometimes and are more aggressive than other animals. Having two hunters makes it much easier to deal with them.

The watch towers here are quite high and give a great view of the entire valley.

I can't make up my mind about which view is more beautiful. Is it with the snow cover or not? Which one do you think? I like snow a bit better but then I start to get bored of it and the game somehow senses it and the snow starts to melt. It is a really convenient weather system for my liking.

The valley gets even more beautiful in the evening. The clouds start to have more yellowish tones.

The weather keeps changing along with the sky. Isn't it beautiful?

We had a lot of fun hunting in this Valley. We were getting tired as the night approached and you couldn't see much in the dark, the beauty of this place can't be seen anymore. So, we decided to hop off. But this was one of the most amazing sessions I have ever had. The dynamic weather and the aggression of the Wolves made it fun.

Let me know what your thoughts are about this reserve. Would you love to hunt in these plains?

Thanks for reading...

Until next hunt...

Dude I keep being amazed with the fascinating views of this game. theHunter: Call of the Wild is definitely an amazing title for nature and hunting lovers. All the captures ended up being beautiful, it's hard to pick one as the best. That change from dry to snowy looks just great, both the snowy and non-snowy views look really impressive.

Something that has also caught my attention is the diversity of animals that can be found there, in the different contents that I have been able to read about this title, I have seen a lot of variety. Today I was impressed with the wolves, I can see that it's not just about hunting and that's it, there are also predators on the prowl.

Thanks for sharing your adventure in theHunter: Call of the Wild and providing us with these images.

You murderer! I'll go to the first animal society and complain about this. You slaughtered an animal in front of my eyes. Why don't you just walk around and enjoy nature?

@bemier murdered more than me. Report her too

No I don’t believe that…

What a great outfit brother, but I am amazed to see how the snow particles are noticeable in this capture, it is extremely impressive, thanks for sharing.
