Uno de los aspectos que configuran la existencia humana desde sus orígenes es su religiosidad, de tal manera que no estaban errados aquellos filósofos que definieron al ser humano como un ser religioso, por otra parte entre la multitud de religiones que han existido, el cristianismo tiene un lugar especial o particular, ya que su fundador, Jesucristo, es también especial y particular, tanto así que ha dividido la historia en dos (Antes y Después de Cristo) y tiene millones de seguidores trás de Sí. Estos pensamientos nacen luego de una bonita experiencia de oración comunitaria, dónde uno no puede más que quedar sorprendido, admirado y complacido por la conexión espiritual que muchos manifiestan.
La religión en el ser humano
Entendemos aquí que la religión en el ser humano indica la relación que todos tenemos con un ser superior, sea cual fuere éste, algo que podemos comprobar estudiando e indagando en los documentos históricos de diversos lugares del mundo, para unos este ser superior o multitud del mismo ha estado inmerso en la naturaleza, los astros, así como otras manifestaciones del mismo orden. Para otros, se ha tratado de seres especiales que están detrás de muchos de los acontecimientos que nos suceden.
Sea cual fuere el caso, el punto es que la religión es un fenómeno que siempre ha estado presente en la vida humana, aunque de diversas maneras e intenciones, pues para nadie es un secreto que en nombre de la religión también se han cometido atrocidades y justificado acciones perversas. No obstante, pensamos que aquí es donde entra fuertemente el elemento humano, ya que una religión pudiese impulsar buenos valores pero los seres humanos podemos tergiversar las cosas y actuar de mala manera, pienso en la historia de los vikingos y el cristianismo, por ejemplo, cómo ambos defendiendo su religión cometieron acciones que no eran acordes.
El movimiento inverso del cristianismo
Siguiendo la lógica anterior, y aplicándola ya al cristianismo, podemos decir que estamos perdidos en este punto, ya que el ser humano puede empañar todo lo hermoso que el mismo puede significar. Y hay razón aquí en esto, sino volvamos una vez más a la historia que nos muestra las malas acciones que en nombre de Cristo se han realizado, aunque para ser justos, lo cual es un punto que demuestra nuestro argumento, en esta mirada también debemos reconocer las buenas acciones realizadas por hombres y mujeres que profesan su fe en Cristo.
Es en estos últimos es dónde me gustaría detener para afirmar el movimiento inverso que respecto a las demás religiones hace el cristianismo, en efecto, mientras todas tienen en su orígen un movimiento ascendente, ya que es el ser humano el que interpreta los signos y crea los ritos y el culto que le pone en contacto con la divinidad, en el cristianismo el movimiento es descendente, pues en su raíz de trata de un hombre Dios, Jesucristo, que ha venido al mundo y ha establecido una nueva manera de relacionarnos con Dios. El cómo hayamos interpretado esto, es parte del siguiente punto, lo que aquí quiero hacer prestar atención es que en su esencia el cristianismo es más que una religión, en el sentido de que la relación la inaugura la misma divinidad, ella es quien tiene la iniciativa.
Expresión de la religiosidad
Sobre las formas y maneras de expresar la religiosidad podemos decir muchas cosas, ya que cada ser humano así como es un mundo tiene su percepción de Dios, lo cual marca el modo de relación con el mismo, en el cristianismo también pasa igual, y he aquí donde puedo hablar más desde mi experiencia, de manera concreta la que tuve más recientemente en una misa dónde hicimos un rato largo de oración, pues la necesidad de la misma era evidente.
La fe en Jesucristo tiene un carácter especial puesto que una de las particularidades de su vida es que además de su predicación, hizo muchos milagros, sano y consoló a muchas personas, especialmente a los marginados. Esto se revive en cada instante, por lo que con mucha disposición las personas siguen acudiendo a Él para pedir sanación para su vida, lo cual afirmamos desde nuestras creencias es acorde a la voluntad de Jesucristo que pasó haciendo el bien.

One of the aspects that have shaped human existence since its origins is its religiosity, so that those philosophers who defined the human being as a religious being were not wrong. On the other hand, among the multitude of religions that have existed, Christianity has a special or particular place, since its founder, Jesus Christ, is also special and particular, so much so that he has divided history into two (Before and After Christ) and has millions of followers behind him. These thoughts arise after a beautiful experience of community prayer, where one cannot help but be surprised, admired and pleased by the spiritual connection that many manifest.
Religion in the human being
We understand here that religion in the human being indicates the relationship that we all have with a higher being, whatever it may be, something that we can verify by studying and investigating historical documents from various parts of the world. For some, this higher being or multitude of it has been immersed in nature, the stars, as well as other manifestations of the same order. For others, it has been about special beings that are behind many of the events that happen to us.
Whatever the case may be, the point is that religion is a phenomenon that has always been present in human life, although in different ways and intentions, because it is no secret that atrocities have also been committed in the name of religion and perverse actions have been justified. However, we think that this is where the human element comes in strongly, since a religion could promote good values but human beings can distort things and act in a bad way. I think of the history of the Vikings and Christianity, for example, how both defending their religion committed actions that were not in line with the same.
The reverse movement of Christianity
Following the previous logic, and applying it already to Christianity, we can say that we are lost at this point, since the human being can tarnish all the beauty that it can mean. And there is reason for this, if we do not return once again to history that shows us the bad actions that have been carried out in the name of Christ, although to be fair, which is a point that proves our argument, in this look we must also recognize the good actions performed by men and women who profess their faith in Christ.
It is in these last ones where I would like to stop to affirm the reverse movement that Christianity makes with respect to the other religions. Indeed, while all of them have an upward movement in their origin, since it is the human being who interprets the signs and creates the rites and the cult that puts him in contact with the divinity, in Christianity the movement is downward, because at its root it is about a man God, Jesus Christ, who has come into the world and has established a new way of relating to God. How we have interpreted this is part of the following point, what I want to draw attention to here is that in its essence Christianity is more than a religion, in the sense that the relationship is inaugurated by the divinity itself, it is she who has the initiative.
Expression of religiosity
About the forms and ways of expressing religiosity we can say many things, since each human being as well as being a world has his perception of God, which marks the way of relationship with him. In Christianity it also happens the same, and here is where I can speak more from my experience, in a concrete way the one I had most recently in a mass where we had a long time of prayer, because the need for it was evident.
The faith in Jesus Christ has a special character because one of the peculiarities of his life is that besides his preaching, he performed many miracles, healed and comforted many people, especially the marginalized. This is revived in every instant, so with great willingness people continue to turn to Him to ask for healing for their lives, which we affirm from our beliefs is in accordance with the will of Jesus Christ who passed doing good.
