Pablo Picasso.La creatividad no es exclusivo de artistas, es esencial en campos como la ciencia, tecnología y negocios. Aunque en tiempos remotos se consideraba solo de artistas. Además no se le daba crédito de ser remunerada, se consideraba no apta para tener resultados económicos.
Para nadie es un secreto que la creatividad no es vista como un Don. Desde algunas décadas y en la actualidad este tema acerca de la creatividad a crecido en positivo porque se toma en cuenta otras áreas no solo el arte.
Está ocupando un lugar importante por los estudios científicos que se han generado, demostrando que puede desarrollarse siendo estimulada.
Existen historias , muchas historias de personajes que han transcendido con el tiempo, gracias a sus observaciones lograron crear lo que hoy llamamos inventos como es el caso de la electricidad, en otras palabras romper paradigmas.
Personajes que en sus tiempos fueron tildados de locos, dejados a un lado por la cantidad de veces que repetían sus ideas sin resultados hasta que llegaba ese momento de gloria, aunque en muchos casos eran reconocidos tiempo después de su partida de este plano terrenal.
Ese momento de gloria en que eran aceptados, se materializaban cambios , miedo hacia lo nuevo lo que hoy día llamamos resistencia al cambio.
Hoy día, con el nivel de información que existe es aceptado para entender que todos podemos tener nuestros momentos creativos (imaginación).
Así como conocemos personajes en la historia que han aportado a la sociedad, en la actualidad conocemos historias de niños hoy adultos que por palabras negativas en momentos de creatividad dejan a un lado lo creativo y se ciñen solo a la razón, dejan a un lado el arte de la pintura, el canto, la música, la literatura, crear cosas nuevas.
Ser creativo es una habilidad de tener pensamientos no convencionales, romper paradigmas establecidos para dar respuestas a los desafíos del día a día. Podemos relacionar la creatividad como el resultado del intelecto màs la imaginación.
Al hablar de imaginación las teorías que dicen que somos co-creadores de nuestra propia realidad lo que imaginas ya lo estás creando, ya existe porque está en tú imaginación.
¿Es innato al Ser Humano? Respondo Si, porque aunque no le demostremos al mundo lo que creamos somos capaces de mejorar nuestro espacio, hacer cambios en recetas de comida, en tomar decisiones, etc. Los más osados o con una imaginación grandiosa, bendecida los lleva a crear objetos en beneficio de la salud, alimentación, siempre percibidos como progresos en la sociedad para una mejor calidad de vida y avances en la humanidad.
En el tema de la creatividad se puede mencionar que es motivada por el interés, un reto personal, reto profesional, aprendizaje; libertad de hacer cosas. La motivación es visto como un elemento importante en ella.
Se activa no solo para certificar que somos creativos, esta lleva a resolver problemas y encontrar diferentes formas y nuevas maneras de hacer las cosas.
La creatividad es el resultado de un duro y sistemático trabajo.
