Geisel Library - San Diego, CA [EN/PT-BR]

Today I was out to fly my DJI Mini 4 Pro one more time. I've been looking to get pictures of the Giesel Library for a long time. This is an iconic building located in the center of the University of California San Diego campus. Originally this building was just called Central Library, it was build in 1970 and designed by William Pereira, then renamed as Geisel Library in 1995. One of the interesting things there is the snake path, located in the east side of the building, can you find it on the pictures?
When I have a spot I want to photograph, I usually like to fly out of a parking lot near by, it's just easier to be able to fly right out of your car. I drove around the library, and since it's right in the middle of campus, there are not any open parking lots, only parking buildings. The only very few open parking lots were not available to the public, they were restricted. So I had to drive a little further out. I found a big parking lot for a hospital, and I just had to fly a few hundred meters to reach the library. The day was a bit windy, and because of the distance and obstacles, I couldn't get the drone lower without loosing signal, any lower then what you can see in the pictures. I think it would be probably interesting to get lower angles as the building has so many features. One of these days I will just walk there and take some pictures from the ground.

thank you!

These views are amazing beautiful. You are undoubtedly good at what you do...

What a cool building. Love the way it's centered with the park area around it. Looks like would be perfect place to play with some of those DJI Master shots, or whatever they call them now.
