Good day everyone ❤️, its been a while, i figured out that some memories are just too special that I can't skip talking about it, even if we try, it would just keep ringing in our minds, and of course special memories are from people that are special to us, it's just the fact.
On the 2nd of this month was my father's birthday, oh it's a day worth remembering more than a thousand times, we as his children decided to paint that day with love and mostly surprises, we planned a surprise party for him, but I guess he had a little clue of what we wanted to do because of our strange movement that day and the previous days before it, anyways it's pretty true that you can't really surprise some people expecially when they're at their old age, he was just a bit surprised anyways.
It's true what people say about good Fathers, they can make the most of sacrifices just for their children to survive, my father is never an exception of that, infact I would say he can sacrifice to the core. Fathers are satisfied when their children are satisfied even when their stomach is empty, I learnt all these as I watched my father right from childhood, yeah I'm actually one of the closest to my father when it comes to learning from him because I'm the first son, and just like everybody knows, it's the first son's duty to educate his younger siblings with the things he watched his father do.
When the surprise surprises you
Yes it was a surprise party, but I wasn't told I would sing on that day until it was almost the D day, I was even told that I would sing twice, first in the prayer section and then a special birthday song for my dad, but due to time limitation I only sang once. Well I was a bit tensed up because I didn't plan anything at first but thank God well anyways.
The video above is the video where I sang as I led the congregation in worship, it reminded me of the days I used to learn how to be a good backup singer because right there some people were messing up and singing off, but it was just a little anyways.
Moments with my Father
I've had lots of amazing moments with my father most expecially when he would sit me down to teach me how to live and survive without being corrupted, this teachings made me realize that everyone who must be great must be willing to sit down under his guidane.
Lastly, as children we must understand that the talent, gift and traits we have, we got from our parents, so we must learn how to control it by watching our parents do what they're good at as experts.
