THE JOY OF BEING INDEPENDENT

in #hive-1862399 months ago

Hello everyone it's another tbt week which am very happy to participate because it gives me the opportunity to talk about the moments I enjoyed and missed years ago.

I remember back then after I graduated from secondary school and was sitting at home doing nothing hoping to get admission, I decided to search for a job just to keep myself busy pending when I get admission into the University.

Eventually I was able to secure a job as a Customer Service Representative at Mercy Agro Allied Cold room Zaria Kaduna state Nigeria. We sell ice blocks, frozen chicken, frozen turkey and ice fish of different types such as sardine, croaker, sharwa, panla, markerel (which the southerners also know as kotè).

I was so happy with the job cause it made me feel responsible and independent instead of depending on my elder ones.

My elder ones were excited that I decided to take the bold step to hunt for a job and to hustle on my own with that, I won't find hustling difficult cause is something I've experienced.

Also, I got to understand that nothing comes easy you have to work hard to be that better person you want to be and also never depend on people for your means of livelihood because it will get to a stage that they will get tired and wouldn't be able to support you anymore.

I hope you enjoyed my Throwback Thursday post interesting.

You are now a beautiful woman, it is good to have a memory of the past

Thank you ma

There is as sweet and at the same difficult as been independent.

True though but you will come to a stage in life that you will have no choice but to be independent
