Canasí, nature for everyone

in #hive-1862397 months ago

This is a memory that I treasure with many mixed emotions and feelings. It was one of the most fun days I have ever had in the company of special friends and doing activities that I love, but it was also one of the most painful days of my life.

That trip we went rock climbing and ended up on a zip line 5 meters above the water...pure adrelanine. It was during the summer of 2022, with the guys from "Skalan2 en La Habana" that we went to Canasi, 44 kilometers from the capital. This town in the province of Mayabeque is full of surprises to enjoy.
Mountains, trails, caves, rivers and the always clear and warm sea.

This happened before I arrived in Hive so taking pictures was not a priority at that time. The images I have do not show the beauty of the place, the one that was engraved in my memory forever.

I bring you some (not so good) pictures of our intrepid climb on a steep wall 14 meters high, with a final 3 meters impossible to climb for 9 of the 12 of us who tried. This wall rises almost vertical on the slope where the sea meets the Canasi river and the landscape is a beautiful spectacle that nature puts at our disposal.

Next week I promise to bring you the second part of this adventure and you will also know the cause of my pain 😜.

This first part of the journey passed without mishaps or pains, well....some emotional ones
yes...I couldn't climb to the end of the routes...I lacked muscles!!!!! 😂🤣.

Thanks 😊.

I totally like the initiative of going on the zip line. I bet it was super hard to climb. Waiting eagerly for part two 😂

Thanks for the enthusiasm 💚. The first 11 meters were not so difficult, but the last 3!!!!.....impossible for me. The zipline...you'll see!!!😜

Wow

Painful day? I hope you didn't get injured that day...? Ok, will wait for the second par.

Some two weeks ago we were in the mountains and I fell, just some little rocks rolled under my shoe but it was enough that I still feel the place I hit (I tried to save my arms haha). Looking at these photos - I hope not to fall from the couch 😂

Noo, I didn't hurt myself that day, the pain was of a different kind 😬.

I imagine your bump...trying to save your hands 😢. Hope it passes soon and hold on tight on the couch!!!!

The pain... agujetas quizás? Vale, vale, ya no pregunto nada jajajaja

Hands - always having top priority 😅

...agujetas quizás?

Noo, frío, frío 🤣. Te sorprenderás!!

Hands - always having top priority 😅

Surely yes 😁

You may be missing that elegance of the images we usually share in our publications, since we were not in Hive, but what you have shared goes perfectly with what you narrate us, and there is still more to come; I hope that second part will also be revealed in #tbt Thursdays 😅 Thank you so much for being here, it is a delight to read your stories of yesteryear my friend...

I'm glad you like my stories of past times...even if sometimes the images don't do honor to the landscape. In this post I missed a video that due to technical problems I could not attach, I will try to post it tomorrow even if it is not Thursday, I can do it? Greetings.

Congratulations @mdrguez! Your post brought a smile to the TravelFeed team so we have sent you a smiley. Keep up the good job. 🙂
