For Me, Any Title is More Interesting Than “Untitled”

Instead of titling work “untitled”, I often just give the painting a stream of consciousness title, like the one above. Slumpu is my art money that I’ve been printing/painting for about 6 months. This week, I’m working on slumpu Cyrillic letter series H (1-100). Still, I must paint to keep the hands moving paintingly, and the brain thinking “painting”, so I practice my morning routine anyway, even if I’d prefer to be working on slumpu. Hence, the strange title for an “abstract” painting that looks a lot like a human head:)
