This is meaningful for me.
My first block
I counted no less than 38 unique accounts when I skimmed through this block, many of them known to me after almost 8 years on this chain.
Two @podping transactions in fact.
Even the mighty @blocktrades themselves executed a transaction in our block. I am so proud.
I promise that I will and would fight for this blockchain
I have gained a lot of experience over these many years, and one of the the blessings of my life has been to "stay out of politics".
Really as a PM, albeit a great one, there is not "something I can add" to signing blocks. I am a Synergy Man and "adult in the room". I have spent years of my career "translating" between different types of brains, and mediating disputes between different types of people.
But with recent developments on https://thecrazygm.com/hivetools/ and tapping into a period of energetic change in 2025 - we have set a course to be "the best witness". We will bless and enrich HIVE by our mere presence.
@synergy.witness - by @ecoinstant.
Yes, I am "the face". All members agree with this. This witness "practices" synergy, and will work to collaborate with anyone to achieve win-win goals (and hopefully many win-win-wins)
This is philosophy. These are values.
But back-end management, that's not really "my" value-add. That is where @thecrazygm comes in.
Together I have worked with @thecrazygm for 6 years on this blockchain; we have solidified into a marvelous and propitious partnership. We are rolling out on HIVE basically full time now, and still we did not consider "doing a witness".
But now we are four
I have rented RC to @bamlolx for quite a while, in fact I wasn't even sure what he was doing with it, although I knew it was "something something Splinterlands".
As it turns out, these guys are often providing liquidity to many markets, and even being "first in the block" about it.
We grew closer over the years and it turns out that, together with his partner @endecs, these two german engineers are smart, capable and clever. I made them promise to "be the best when it counts", and we will be.
@ecoinstant, @thecrazygm, @bamlolx and @endecs
And yes, we are used to running our own servers and are now currently running multiple of our own servers (both teams for different reasons already) not anything controlled by somebody else - and we will be spinning up multiple nodes and failovers "when the time comes". We will be the best when it counts.
I told them all, this is a journey.
And here we go.
