Mi esposo y yo cumplimos 2 años de casados el 10 de febrero y hoy les cuento que hicimos ese día.

My husband and I celebrated 2 years of marriage on February 10 and today I'll tell you what we did that day.
Estos dos años han pasado súper rápido y han sido realmente maravillosos, no cambiaría nada y me siento inmensamente afortunada de haberme casado con un hombre tan espectacular como lo es José Gregorio. Le pido a Dios que nos siga llenando de paciencia, sabiduría y mucho amor para que cada día que pase sea incluso mejor que el anterior. Por supuesto que hemos tenido momentos de baja, pero nada que el amor y la intención mutua de siempre estar bien no pueda solucionar.
These two years have passed super fast and have been really wonderful, I would not change anything and I feel immensely fortunate to have married a man as spectacular as José Gregorio. I ask God to continue to fill us with patience, wisdom and lots of love so that each day that passes is even better than the last. Of course we have had some low moments, but nothing that love and the mutual intention of always being well can't solve.
El 10 de febrero de este año fue día lunes, teníamos mucho trabajo acumulado y nos desocupamos muy tarde de nuestros quehaceres. Después de llegar a casa y cenar, para que nuestra fecha especial no pasara en vano, mi esposo y yo decidimos ir a endulzarnos la noche con nuestros gelatos favoritos.
February 10th of this year was a Monday, we had a lot of work to do and we got off work very late. After arriving home and having dinner, so that our special date would not pass in vain, my husband and I decided to go and sweeten the night with our favorite gelatos.
El lugar donde los venden se llama Vainilla, está situado en el centro comercial Paseo San Miguel y venden los mejores gelatos de la ciudad, además de algún otro postre.
The place where they sell them is called Vainilla, it is located in the Paseo San Miguel shopping center and they sell the best gelatos in town, as well as some other desserts.
Nosotros pedimos un Gelato para cada uno y pedimos una galleta de pie de limón qué estaba super deliciosa.
We ordered a Gelato for each of us and had a lemon pie cookie which was super delicious.
Mi esposo pidió el suyo de stracciatella y yo de fresa Natural. Como pueden ver en la foto se aprecia perfectamente la cremosidad, naturalidad y densidad qué diferencia un getalo de un helado. Y cuando les digo que son los mejores de la ciudad no les miento, sus dueñas son italianas y la receta de los gelatos es propia de su familia. Este es un negocio donde se ve el amor y la dedicación con la que han llevado esta receta familiar a crecer de manera tan exitosa.
My husband ordered his stracciatella and I ordered strawberry Natural. As you can see in the photo you can perfectly appreciate the creaminess, naturalness and density that differentiates a getalo from an ice cream. And when I tell you that they are the best in town I am not lying, the owners are Italian and the gelato recipe is from their own family. This is a business where you can see the love and dedication with which they have taken this family recipe to grow so successfully.
Pasamos nuestro rato entre risas, conversaciones del día y sobre estos dos años y los que están por venir. Además preparándonos porque como todos ya saben, cuatro días después de nuestro aniversario viene San Valentín y este año justamente fue día viernes, por lo que mi hermoso esposo preparó de regalo para el fin de semana un viaje a la ciudad de Caripe con motivo de celebrar nuestro aniversario y el día de los enamorados en ese lugar tan mágico y único, que es perfecto para celebrar el amor 😍
We spent our time laughing, talking about the day and about these two years and the ones to come. Also preparing ourselves because as everyone already knows, four days after our anniversary comes Valentine's Day and this year it was on Friday, so my beautiful husband prepared as a gift for the weekend a trip to the city of Caripe to celebrate our anniversary and Valentine's Day in that magical and unique place, which is perfect for celebrating love 😍.
Por supuesto que pronto les mostraré como la pasamos de bonito ese fin de semana, yo obviamente aprovecharé de documentar todo para compartirlo con ustedes.
