Day 2376 | Early Evening Walk


I started a challenge of taking 100 days off to mainly focus on my health and overall personal development and used this account as a personal blog to keep track of all my activity. I enjoyed it and continued afterward trying to build better habits and find a good balance between health, fitness, work, entertainment, and my personal life...


I only partially completed my goals on Monday where I did go for an early evening walk to at least get in some activity and fresh air doing around 8600 steps. I also did my regular bookkeeping, respected my ear medication and took my supplments while getting into bed earlier.

On the other side I also didn't eat as clean as I wanted a I still had some less healthy options available in my appartment. I also didn't get to update my football stats yet which is something that I tend to procrastinate on. Overall though it was an ok day and a small step toward a better lifestyle again.


New Day Goals: Tuesday will be a family day and if the weather allows it I will go for a long walk with our dog.
