Day 2395 | Autopilot Friday


I started a challenge of taking 100 days off to mainly focus on my health and overall personal development and used this account as a personal blog to keep track of all my activity. I enjoyed it and continued afterward trying to build better habits and find a good balance between health, fitness, work, entertainment, and my personal life...


I still don't feel that I'm in control at the moment as Friday was another Autopilot day where I slept way too long, failed to get in some activity, didn't fully eat healthy and also wasn't as productive as I could be not even talking about any social activity

I had the option to start a hot yoga class today joining the 12:15 60-Minute session but I guess it's now pushed back again to monday even though I could do the 19:00 evening session tonight. I still have quite a lot of things I want to get done so the main goal on Friday will be to limit the damage again and try to get to bed a bit earlier while getting out sooner on Saturday. I wanted to watch a movie in the evening but the file didn't properly work so I had to skip and watched another crypto podcast instead. The only thing that I did do is update all my football stats which takes about an hour each week if I put urgency into it.


New Day Goals: I will try to put some focus on getting back control one step at a time. There are 3 matches which will have my focus.
