Day 2418 | New Week Goals!

I started a challenge of taking 100 days off to mainly focus on my health and overall personal development and used this account as a personal blog to keep track of all my activity. I enjoyed it and continued afterward trying to build better habits and find a good balance between health, fitness, work, entertainment, and my personal life...


I'm still very much on track to reach my January goals as I have already lost close to half the weight that I set out to drop while my skin is reacting well to the healthier food intak and I did start my movie blog. So the next part of the plan will be to kickstart more workouts again. This starts on Monday where the only real goal is join the Hot Yoga Classes again for a year with the intention to do 3 Classes a week and at least 100 of them over the course of a year. The main downside is that this will take up some time but seeing how much I'm in front of my tv these days it will mainly just take away from that. This is also the mainreal goal for this week while keeping up to good healthy eating streak that I'm in at the moment. I also want to do 1 full fasting day of 2 Nights and 1 Day this week.


Food Diary
I know that eating perfectly healthy day in day out is hard to sustain so at times I will cheat in a good way. Not the extremely deepfried fat foods or processed ones with a lot of vegetable oils but something fresh like a pizza from a local artisanal bakery close to where I live which also is very affordable at just 6€ for a Pizza Margarita. This was also the only thing I ate along with some clementines.

I'm also up earlier today as I went to bed on time. Something else I did was to clean my kitchen and do my dishes which I have been putting off since the new year.


New Day Goals: I aim to do my regular Monday Bookkeeping and join a 90 minute hot yoga class.
