When I woke up on Tuesday it was actually snowing without really sticking or making the road dangerous. The day very much went as planned where I first had some productivity followed by me leaving to my parents place stopping by the supermarket. I spent a couple of hours to make some fresh soup with lots of different vegetables which I now have enough of to last a week. Once that was done, I had a short walk with our dog and went over to spent some time with my nieces which was plenty of fun. We ate togheter and afterward I went back home to follow the football matches which played out as hoped with my bets on them winning. I ended the day by watching a bit of tv.

I pretty much only ate vegetables on the day with the soup that I made and mainly continue to void vegetable oils at all cost which so far is working out great.
