Day 2428 | Tennis Wednesday

I started a challenge of taking 100 days off to mainly focus on my health and overall personal development and used this account as a personal blog to keep track of all my activity. I enjoyed it and continued afterward trying to build better habits and find a good balance between health, fitness, work, entertainment, and my personal life...


Wednesday was kind of a non-day aside from the hour of 1-on-1 tennis that I played right after getting out of bed. I didn't really do much in the afternoon aside from watching some podcasts while getting up to date with my memecoin portfolio. I did eat a bit too many of the naked protein bars as it on paper is healty and allowed in my diet but too easy to overeat on so I won't be buying them again. I also went to the supermarket to get some Rice Wafles with Almond nut butter over the day getting in way too many calories.

There was a football match in the evening but I lacked the drive and afterward I wanted to watch a movie but the file didn't work on my tv media player so I just ended up watching some aimless tv.

New Day Goals: I woke up and was dizzy so I'm hoping that goes away quickly and isn't something new that is wrong. I do aim to have a bit more productivity on Thursday and have focus on the football match. If The dizziness fully goes away I might join a early evening hot yoga class.
