Day 2453 | New Week Goals

I started a challenge of taking 100 days off to mainly focus on my health and overall personal development and used this account as a personal blog to keep track of all my activity. I enjoyed it and continued afterward trying to build better habits and find a good balance between health, fitness, work, entertainment, and my personal life...


Last week I broke my routine by going to the Oostende Film Festival and ever since I had issues to get back into it even though I continue to avoid Seed oils which at least is something. My skin some days before already started to get a bit worse again which didn't help but at the same time it seems to be improving again. Most of all now I like to just be extremely lazy but I need to get back in the good routine to still reach my main goals for this month which are to drop to 67kg (which means at this point I need to drop 4 kg in 18 days. I also need to start doing weight exercises and want to get on some dating apps again. This all while keeping up with the healthy eating and hot yoga routine.

To make things worse, I also haven't done well on the financial side with crypto alts doing horrible and last week which was my worst performing sports betting result of the year putting me back down after almist climbing my way up to be positive in the last 2 months. So lots of frustration and not a lot of motivation right now.

The main and only goal this week will be to start getting back on track and also start to switch my wake up time to a bit earlier. At this point I'm not sure how I will do it as I lack all motivation but I will see what I can pull.


Food Diary I at more buckwheat pizza one of them with some cheap goat cheese which was actually nice and I also ate some more mais crackers with peanut butter. I also could not resist some candy in the evening.
