Day 2457 | More Procrastination

I started a challenge of taking 100 days off to mainly focus on my health and overall personal development and used this account as a personal blog to keep track of all my activity. I enjoyed it and continued afterward trying to build better habits and find a good balance between health, fitness, work, entertainment, and my personal life...


Thursday was a pretty non-eventful day where I mainly continued to procrastinate as I haven't succeeded in getting back to a fully healthy flow. In the morning I was up quite early as my mom came by as someone was coming to look at the windows of the appartment below me. I kind of took a nap when she was gone on my couch, had a little bit of productivity and kept off from eating until the early evening before the football matches where I made some greek pasta with veggies. This however was too big of a portion and I ate it all also getting some M&Ms in the night store afterward.

I did watch the football matches in the evening but didn't fully have my focus and clearly am in a bad streak there at the moment. In the evening I watched some tv and took a bath very late which I did enjoy to follow that up with a great night sleep.

New Day Goals: I want to get back to a good streak but I'm already too late to join the lunchbreak hot yoga class. I might still join in the evening but the main priority will be to eat healthy and limited on Friday while getting in some productivity also.
