El día de ayer tuve la gran oportunidad de conocer el bar restaurante "Casa Chef". Fue inaugurado hace pocos meses, está ubicado en la avenida Aldonza Manrrique, Pampatar, Isla de Margarita, es una zona que se ha caracterizado por el gran auge de restaurantes de calidad.
El chef de este restaurante. Es un fiel cliente de quesos crema de Cabra de mi emprendimiento. Siendo esta la razón por la cual acudo a este restaurante. Recibí su llamado por un pedido, ya que lo quiere incluir en los platos de su menú ¡Que emoción que me tomará en cuenta y quiera continuar usando mis productos, es muy satisfactorio!
Al llegar al restaurante, la entrada es muy bonita, tiene una bici con una cesta de flores naturales 😍Al abrir la puerta del local, inmediatamente me robó la atención la barra del bar, es muy hermosa, sillones color amarillo neón, muy iluminada, accesorios color Bronce para cocteleria, alrededor de ella están ubicadas las mesas para las personas que deseen comer, ofrecen comida Española, mediterránea, Italiana así como también platos propios de nuestra isla aprovechando los mariscos, pescados y frutos de mar de calidad que se encuentran aquí.
Me llamó la atención también un espacio con un sillon y varios cuadros de botero.
Mientras entregaba la factura del pedido que me habían solicitado, me encontré con un viejo amigo, que ha sido mesonero en varios restaurantes reconocidos de la isla, el Señor Frank, fue una grata sorpresa volver a verlo, me ofrecieron por la casa un delicioso mojito cubano, al cual, por supuesto, no me pude negar 😄🤭
Es muy agradable ver a las personas progresar, avanzar, dar ese primer paso que normalmente puede dar un poco de miedo, pero con persistencia y constancia poco a poco va tomando forma nuestros sueños y se van haciendo realidad.

Arriving at the restaurant, the entrance is very nice, it has a bike with a basket of natural flowers 😍When I opened the door of the restaurant, I was immediately struck by the bar, it is very beautiful, neon yellow armchairs, very bright, bronze accessories for cocktails, around it are located the tables for people who wish to eat, they offer Spanish, Mediterranean, Italian food as well as dishes from our island taking advantage of seafood, fish and seafood quality found here.
