Hoy tuvo lugar el senderismo al alto de la cruz, esté sitio queda a 4 km desde mi casa, durante está aventura me encontré con estos hermosos animales y otros a los cuales no fue posible capturarles una foto.
Es agradable caminar en medio de la naturaleza y ver estos ejemplares en su habita, escuchar el canto de las aves mientras que estamos un poco agotados, con el corazón agitado y recibiendo aire puro. Es algo realmente emocionante y gratificante que me motiva a seguir con este tipo de actividades, a la vez que nos ayuda a estar saludables.

Today we hiked to the Alto de la Cruz, this place is 4 km from my house, during this adventure I met these beautiful animals and others that I was not able to take a picture of.
It is nice to walk in the middle of nature and see these specimens in their habitat, listen to the birds singing while we are a little exhausted, with the heart agitated and receiving fresh air. It is something really exciting and rewarding that motivates me to continue with this type of activities, while helping us to be healthy.
