It is a pleasure to share a little bit of my life with the community: Lifestyle. The last month has been different, as I have lived some experiences that have allowed me to reflect on some aspects of my life. For that reason, I have considered changing my routine and improving as a person.
Sometimes we get stuck in a routine and our mind gets slightly clouded, but when we feel energized, we can think and do everything in a better way; I believe that when we are physically and mentally healthy, our way of living life is more pleasant and comfortable. This probably leads us to make better decisions under whatever circumstances we find ourselves in.
The other step I have taken is to improve my diet, I also plan to start exercising as I did before; maybe the process will be slow and gradual, but somehow we have to start in order to change the negative things. There are some women who suggest cutting their hair to start changing 😅 I'm not sure if that works for men, but I think it's a good idea. For that reason, I washed my hair with a shampoo that was sent to me a couple of months ago along with other products from Brazil. It's the first time I've used it, and apparently it's very good, so my hair will be in the best condition when it's time to get a haircut.
On the other hand, I think being with family is a great way to feel that you are not alone and that we have support, luckily, I haven't felt so stressed about the cat, because he has been behaving well and has only run away twice in the last week 😅. This cat is a good companion, although he is sometimes obnoxious and lazy, he is also very loving and has left me some lessons, but in a few days we will say goodbye, as he has to travel to go back to my brother.

Es un placer compartir un poco de mi vida con la comunidad: Lifestyle. El último mes ha sido diferente, ya que he vivido algunas experiencias que me han permitido reflexionar acerca de algunos aspectos de mi vida. Por ese motivo, me he planteado cambiar mi rutina y mejorar como persona.
En ocasiones nos encerramos en la rutina y nuestra mente se nubla ligeramente, pero cuando nos sentimos con energía, podemos pensar y hacer todo de mejor manera; considero que cuando estamos física y mentalmente sanos, nuestra manera de vivir la vida es más agradable y cómoda. Probablemente esto nos lleva a tomar mejores decisiones bajo cualquier circunstancia en la que nos encontremos.
El otro paso que he dado es mejorar mi alimentación, también tengo previsto comenzar a ejercitarme como lo hacía antes; quizás el proceso sea lento y gradual, pero de alguna debemos comenzar para poder cambiar las cosas negativas. Hay algunas mujeres que sugieren cortarse el cabello para cambiar o comenzar otra etapa 😅, pues no estoy seguro si eso funciona con los hombres, pero me parece buena idea. Por ese motivo me lavé el cabello con un champú que me enviaron hace un par de meses junto a otros productos desde Brasil, es la primera vez que lo uso y al parecer es muy bueno, así tendré el cabello en la mejores condiciones a la hora de ir a cortarme el cabello.
Por otro lado, creo que estar con la familia es una excelente manera de sentir que no estás solo y que tenemos apoyo, por suerte, no me he sentido tan estresado por el gato, porque se ha estado portando bien y solo se ha escapado en dos ocasiones en la última semana 😅. Este gato es un buen compañero, aunque a veces es odioso y perezoso, también es muy cariñoso y me ha dejado algunas enseñanzas, pero dentro de pocos días nos despediremos, ya que debe viajar para regresar con mi hermano.
