Tengo muchas cosas que compartir con ustedes de los últimos días pero a mí me gusta irlo haciendo en el orden que van ocurriendo.
Tenía pendiente hablarles de la clase manualidades y pintura que ocurrió la semana pasada.
Para esta clase tenía planificado varias cositas, pero la actividad principal era hacer un pequeño cuadro en el que las niñas en lugar de pintura utilizaran hilos para darle color.
Desde que ví está idea me pareció súper chévere y fuera de lo común. Además que tengo una gran cantidad de hilos en diferentes colores, por lo que podríamos hacerlo sin problemas.

I have a lot of things to share with you from the last few days but I like to do it in the order that it happens.
I had pending to tell you about the crafts and painting class that happened last week.
For this class I had planned several little things, but the main activity was to make a small painting in which the girls used yarn instead of paint to color it.
Since I saw this idea I thought it was super cool and out of the ordinary. Besides I have a lot of yarns in different colors, so we could do it without problems.
La primera en llegar por fue Salomé, mi alumna más antigua. Esta es una niña que ha tenido un avance notorio en cuando a su desempeño en las clases y también en la mejora de su actitud.
Antes era una niña que se negaba a trabajar en ocasiones pero con el paso de los meses ha ido mejorando y ahora es una niña bastante aplicada.
Ella entendió perfectamente las instrucciones de la actividad y comenzó a hacerlo mientras me hablaba de sus vivencias.
Una de las niñas iba a llegar tarde y la otra estaba enferma, por lo que no podría asistir.
The first to arrive was Salomé, my oldest student. This is a girl who has had a noticeable improvement in her performance in class and also in her attitude.
Before she was a child who refused to work at times but as the months went by she has been improving and now she is a very dedicated child.
She understood the instructions of the activity perfectly and started to do it while talking to me about her experiences.
One of the girls was going to be late and the other was sick, so she would not be able to attend.
Cuando por fin llegó la otra pequeña la puse a escoger el dibujo para la actividad y quiso hacer el mismo que Salomé.
Esto generó un pequeño conflicto, como siempre entre ellas jajaja pero yo les prometí que no les quedaría igual.
Le ofrecí hilos en los mismo tonos pero de diferentes materiales para que tuvieran un acabado distinto.
También las senté un poco alejadas para que no pudieran observar a detalle el trabajo de la otra y no se "copiaran" entre si.
When the other little girl finally arrived I asked her to choose the drawing for the activity and she wanted to do the same as Salome.
This generated a little conflict, as always between them hahaha but I promised them that it would not be the same.
I offered her yarns in the same shades but of different materials so that they would have a different finish.
I also sat them a little far apart so they couldn't observe each other's work in detail and so they wouldn't “copy” each other.
Llego el momento de la merienda, pero la más pequeña no había llevado nada. En ocasiones y puedo decir que más de una vez, la pequeña Salomé no tenía nada de merienda por un problema que estaba ocurriendo con su hermanito.
Era su momento de disfrutar y no quería que nada se lo cortara, así que le dije que se sentara a disfrutar tranquila, mientras su compañera continuaba trabajando.
Ya quedaba de parte de Salomé si compartía o no con ella, pero en el momento no quiso hacerlo y le pedí a la otra pequeña que había que respetarle eso.
It was time for snack time, but the youngest child had not brought anything. Sometimes, and I can say that more than once, little Salome did not have any snack because of a problem that was happening with her little brother.
It was her time to enjoy and I didn't want anything to cut it short, so I told her to sit quietly and enjoy herself while her partner continued to work.
It was up to Salome whether or not to share with her, but at the time she did not want to do so and I asked the other little one to respect that.
Continuamos trabajando y la pequeña Salomé iba volando con su trabajo. Fácilmente pudo alcanzar y superar a la pequeña. que mientras ellas merendaba la había superado.
El problema estaba que ellas estaban viéndolo como competencia, a pesar de que les dije que eso no era una carrera.
Pero como les he dicho en otro post, ellas tienen ese pequeño detalle que he ido trabajando poco a poco.
We continued working and little Salome was flying with her work. She was easily able to catch up and overtake the little one, who while they were snacking had overtaken her.
The problem was that they were seeing it as competition, even though I told them it was not a race.
But as I told them in another post, they have that little detail that I have been working on little by little.
Así fueron avanzando hasta que llegó el punto en el que Rousmary, la más chiquita no quería trabajar.
Me comentó que tenía dolor de barriga y comenzó a hacer todo más lento.
Le escribí a su mamá para que la buscara antes de la hora y lo chistoso era que me dijo que luego de clases le comprarían unas gomitas.
Al decirle que no iba a poder comerlas porque le dolía la barriga se curó inmediatamente. Jajaj no le dolía nada, lo que me generó la duda de si realmente le dolía la barriga o era una excusa para no trabajar.
So they progressed until the point came when Rousmary, the youngest, did not want to work.
She told me she had a tummy ache and started to do everything slower.
I wrote to her mom to pick her up before the hour and the funny thing was that she told me that after school they would buy her some gummies.
When I told her that she wouldn't be able to eat them because her tummy hurt she was cured immediately. Hahaha it didn't hurt at all, which made me wonder if she really had a tummy ache or if it was an excuse not to work.
Antes de que se fueran nos tomamos algunas foticos para el recuerdo. A ellas les encantan las fotos grupales, siempre ponen sus caras locas jaja.
Before they left we took some pictures for the memory. They love group pictures, they always make their crazy faces haha.
Rousmary se fue y Salomé se quedó terminando su trabajo. Ella quería que le tomara una foto y que se viera la pose de ballet que hacía.
Ya luego a los minutos la buscó su hermano y finalizamos la clase. Fue algo diferente para ellas y por supuesto que lo disfrutaron.
Aunque la pequeña no terminó, quedamos con el trabajo pendiente para la siguiente clase. ♥
Rousmary left and Salome stayed to finish her work. She wanted me to take a picture of her and show the ballet pose she was doing.
A few minutes later her brother picked her up and we finished the class. It was something different for them and of course they enjoyed it.
Although the little one didn't finish, we were left with work to do for the next class. ♥
