En una de nuestras últimas clases de pintura, estuvimos trabajando en algo diferente. Ya les comenté anteriormente que este nuevo nivel de pintura quise darle un giro a las actividades de los niños, a todos los iba a estar trabajando por igual tratando de adaptar las actividades al nivel que ellos estuvieran.
Crear un comic es algo que puede hacer un niño desde bien pequeño pues los ayuda a ejercitar su creatividad, tanto en la creación de los dibujos, como en la historia que deben crear.
Yo me preparé y les busqué un video para mostrárselos en mi teléfono y así vieran un poco de la historia de este bonito arte y además los creadores de comics más famosos de la historia, tanto en Norte América como en Latinoamérica.

In one of our last painting classes, we were working on something different. I told you before that this new level of painting I wanted to give a twist to the children's activities, I was going to be working them all equally trying to adapt the activities to the level they were at.
Creating a comic book is something that a child can do from a very young age because it helps them to exercise their creativity, both in the creation of the drawings, as well as in the story they have to create.
I prepared myself and looked for a video to show them on my phone so they could see a little bit of the history of this beautiful art and also the most famous comic creators in history, both in North America and Latin America.
En un principio los niños no tenían ni idea de como estructurar sus historias, los iba a poner a escribir en una hoja el borrador pero no quería que sintieran que estaban en la escuela.
Así que comenzamos directamente a crear las secciones en la hoja y ya luego en ellas comenzaron cuadro por cuadro a crear la historia.
At first the children had no idea how to structure their stories, I was going to have them write the draft on a sheet of paper but I didn't want them to feel like they were in school.
So we started directly to create the sections on the sheet and then they began to create the story frame by frame.
Luego de tener los recuadros que dividían el comic comenzaron a hacer los dibujos de sus historias. Unos optaron por dibujar sobre cosas que les había pasado a ellos o a algún familiar cercano. Otro de los niños quiso hacer una escena de dragon ball y mi hijo hizo una historia chistosa donde un hombre musculoso salía corriendo por la presencia de una cucaracha. 😂
After they had the boxes that divided the comic book, they began to draw their stories. Some chose to draw about things that had happened to them or to a close relative. Another one of the kids wanted to draw a scene from dragon ball and my son drew a funny story where a muscular man ran away because of a cockroach. 😂
Una de las niñas se tuvo que retirar antes de finalizar la clase, así que le puse como tarea que terminara su historia en casa y que ya en la próxima solo puliríamos detalles y agregaríamos color.
La verdad es que dos horas no son suficientes para terminar un trabajo así, es por ello que decidí trabajar con los comics durante dos clases, en el primer día haríamos el borrador y ya luego en la siguiente le terminaríamos de dar forma y color.
One of the girls had to leave before the end of the class, so I gave her the task of finishing her story at home and that in the next class we would only polish details and add color.
The truth is that two hours are not enough to finish a work like this, that's why I decided to work with the comics during two classes, in the first day we would make the draft and then in the next one we would finish shaping and coloring it.
Las historias de los niños quedaron bastante buenas y los dibujos bien chistosos. Algunos tuvieron un poco de problemas desarrollando la historia pero yo los fui guiando y aconsejando sobre lo que podrían hacer en cada cuadro.
Es algo nuevo para ellos y por supuesto que les va a costar pero poco a poco ellos irán mejorando con la práctica.
The children's stories turned out pretty good and the drawings were very funny. Some of them had a little trouble developing the story but I was guiding them and advising them on what they could do in each picture.
It's something new for them and of course it will be hard for them but little by little they will get better with practice.
Fue una buena clase, que por cierto fue en la tarde de un jueves ya que su clase del sábado tuvimos que cancelarla porque teníamos el evento Convinarte ese día.
Me tocó dar dos clases esa semana pero me parecía chévere porque así los niños no perdían el hilo de lo que estaban haciendo en sus comics. Ya luego les enseño como quedaron todos ya coloreados. ♥
It was a good class, which by the way was on a Thursday afternoon since their Saturday class had to be cancelled because we had the Convinarte event that day.
I had to teach two classes that week but I thought it was cool because the kids didn't lose track of what they were doing in their comics. I'll show you later how they all turned out colored. ♥
