El día martes luego de la reunión que tuve en ciudad Ojeda con las personas que están organizando el evento de Convinarte, debía hacer algo antes de tomar el transporte de regreso a casa.
Había planeado comprar una brocha que hacía falta en casa ya que debíamos pintar unos materos que estaban algo viejos y otras cosas más.
Pensamos en pedir prestadas unas a los vecinos pero la verdad nada mejor que tener algo propio, así que decidí comprar una.

On Tuesday after the meeting I had in Ciudad Ojeda with the people who are organizing the Convinarte event, I had to do something before taking the transport back home.
I had planned to buy a brush that was needed at home since we had to paint some old materos and some other things.
We thought about borrowing some from the neighbors but there was nothing better than having something of our own, so I decided to buy one.

Pensé en ir a una ferretería pero antes quise pasar por la tienda mundo total para ver qué cositas podrían ver qué pudieran servirme.
Cómo he comentado en post anteriores, está tienda cuenta con un sin fin de productos y es súper entretenido recorrer sus pasillos, así uno no vaya a comprar absolutamente nada.
Es como ir a un centro comercial y ver las vitrinas. Está tienda es enorme y provoca explorarla. Al subir unas grandes escaleras mecánicas te encuentras con un enorme piso lleno de muchas cosas.
I thought about going to a hardware store but first I wanted to stop by the Total World store to see what little things I could see that could be useful to me.
As I have commented in previous posts, this store has endless products and it is super entertaining to walk through its aisles, even if you are not going to buy anything at all.
It's like going to a shopping mall and seeing the displays. This store is huge and is a great place to explore. When you go up a large escalator you find a huge floor full of many things.
Decidimos caminar primero por el área del hogar. Habían muchísimas cosas para ver. Me llamó mucho la atención el precio de los aerosoles pues hay varias cositas que debemos reparar en casa e incluye el uso de este tipo de pinturas.
Tomé algunas fotos para tener referencias de los colores y el precio para luego comentarlo con mi esposo.

Es entonces cuando al final del pasillo me encuentro con el área de ferretería y recuerdo que en esta tienda recientemente fue agregada la venta de este tipo de productos.
Haciendo un rápido escaneo en búsqueda de brochas encuentro una con las descripciones con la que la estaba buscando. Sin querer había encontrado eso que tanto necesitaba. Ya no debía ir a ningún otro lado.
It is then when at the end of the aisle I find the hardware area and I remember that this store recently added the sale of this type of products.

Revisé la cuenta del banco y me di cuenta que no tenía ni un bolívar en ella 😅 jajaja así que busqué cambiar algunos hive para poder hacer la compra y mientras esto se hacía, seguimos recorriendo la tienda.
Nos fuimos al área de maquillaje que está repleta de un montón de productos a muy buen precio. No pude evitar revisar y probar varios de ellos.
I checked the bank account and realized I didn't have a single bolivar in it 😅 hahaha so I looked to change some hive to be able to make the purchase and while this was done, we continued touring the store.
We went to the makeup area which is filled with a lot of products at great prices. I couldn't help but check out and try several of them.
Al ver que aún no se hacía efectivo el dinero en mi cuenta decidimos subir al último piso donde está toda la ropa.
Había muchísimas cosas para ver y nosotras al mismo tiempo aprovechamos para hablar algunas cosas importantes que teníamos pendiente.
Pero al cabo de un rato cuando ví que seguía sin dinero, se me ocurrió pedirle prestado a Elieska, pues se estaba haciendo súper tarde y ambas teníamos cosas que hacer.
When we saw that the money was still not paid into my account, we decided to go up to the top floor where all the clothes are.
There were a lot of things to see and we took the opportunity to talk about some important things we had pending.
But after a while, when I saw that I still had no money, it occurred to me to ask Elieska to borrow some, because it was getting late and we both had things to do.
Así que bajamos y fuimos a caja para pagar la brocha que había pedido. Elieska hizo el pago mientras yo esperaba.
Ya luego cuando por fin tuve los bolívares le hice la transferencia, pero créanme que demoró como una hora en caer en mi cuenta del banco. Menos mal que se me ocurrió pedir prestado. Al final no era mucho pues la brocha costaba 1.15$
Espero les haya gustado este pequeño recorrido por la tienda mundo total. ☺️
So we went downstairs and went to the cashier to pay for the brush I had ordered. Elieska made the payment while I waited.
Later when I finally had the bolivars I made the transfer, but believe me it took about an hour to get it into my bank account. Thank goodness I thought of borrowing. In the end it wasn't much because the brush cost 1.15$.
