En nuestras rutinas diarias no todo puede ser trabajo también necesitamos de un momento de esparcimiento y recreación que nos ayude a sentir plenos y felices. Mi tiempo mayormente se va entre mi trabajo, el cuidado del hogar y el cuidado de mi familia pero estoy conciente de que siempre debe haber un momento para salir de nuestra zona de confort y enfrentarnos al mundo con optimismo.
Hacer cosas diferentes de vez en cuando nos hacen sentir bien y no solo porque salimos de la rutina a la que estamos acostumbrados día tras día sino porque representan nuevas experiencias y vamos creando nuevos y hermosos recuerdos.
Después de todo la vida es muy corta y debemos aprovechar cada momento y cada instante que tengamos para vivirla intensamente, ser felices a nuestra manera y valorar cada logro por pequeño que sea porque la felicidad viene acompañada de la sumatoria de todas esas pequeñas cosas que creíamos insignificantes.
En lo personal disfruto muchísimo los paseos por los centros comerciales de mi querida Isla de Margarita porque son centros comerciales hermosos y el sólo hecho de caminar por sus pasillos me hace sentir relajada y me conecta conmigo misma.

In our daily routines not everything can be work, we also need a moment of relaxation and recreation to help us feel full and happy. My time mostly goes between my work, taking care of my home and taking care of my family but I am aware that there should always be a moment to get out of our comfort zone and face the world with optimism.
Doing different things from time to time makes us feel good and not only because we get out of the routine we are used to day after day but also because they represent new experiences and we create new and beautiful memories.
After all life is very short and we must take advantage of every moment and every moment we have to live it intensely, be happy in our own way and value every achievement however small it may be because happiness comes with the sum of all those little things that we thought insignificant.
Personally I enjoy very much the walks through the malls of my beloved Margarita Island because they are beautiful malls and just walking through their aisles makes me feel relaxed and connects me with myself.
