Hello my friends of hive, blessed and beautiful week.
one of my favorite meals is the famous pasticho or lasagna I have always liked the traditional one with pasta sheets, red sauce and bechamel but we tried to make it with eggplant and the truth was very good and believe me it feels lighter and very tasty and just replace the pasta dough with eggplant slices I hope you like it.

una de mis comidas favoritas es el famoso pasticho o lasaña siempre me ha gustado la tradicional con laminas de pasta, salsa roja y bechamel pero probamos hacerla de berenjenas la verdad quedo muy buena y créenme se siente mas liviana igual muy sabrosa y solo sustituyen las masas de pastas por laminas de berenjenas espero les guste
