Nunca me cansaré de decirles cuanto los amo, bendiciones infinitas para ellos todos los días y a cada momento es lo que les envío.

Seguido ese tiempo pude quedar embarazada, con delicada situación porque durante todo mi embarazo estuve con conato de aborto, por supuesto, medicada y hospitalizada mensualmente. Cuando el tratamiento con las pastillas o grageas no hacían bien el efecto, me hospitalizaban y me colocaban los medicamentos endovenosos hasta que estabilizaba y pasaban las contracciones.
After that time I was able to get pregnant, with a delicate situation because throughout my pregnancy I had a miscarriage, of course, medicated and hospitalized monthly. Ese fue José Gregorio, su nombre en honor al Dr. José Gregorio Hernández, porque mi esposo le tiene mucha fe y le pedía que intercediera para que el embarazo llegara a feliz término.
So I was able to finish my first pregnancy, of course, I had a cesarean section to minimize the risks with my baby. That was José Gregorio, named in honor of Dr. José Gregorio Hernández, because my husband has great faith in him and asked him to intercede for the pregnancy to be carried to term.
Un bebé precioso, que se desarrolló y fue creciendo con completa normalidad, eso sí, el cuidado que le teníamos era extremo. Cumplió con todos sus requerimientos como niño, adolescente, joven y adulto. Se graduó como Ingeniero en petróleo y hoy día está elaborando la tesis de su posgrado, todo estudiado en la universidad de Oriente, núcleo Monagas.
A beautiful baby, who developed and grew with complete normality, but the care we took of him was extreme. He fulfilled all his requirements as a child, teenager, young man and adult. He graduated as a petroleum engineer and today he is working on his postgraduate thesis, all studied at the Universidad de Oriente, Monagas.
El 10 de febrero del 2023, se casó con su amiga y compañera Andrea, a nuestra familia llegó la hija que no tuvimos. El pasado lunes estuvieron de aniversario, ya son dos años. Dos años dónde los vemos felices construyendo su familia y con ello su futuro.
On February 10, 2023, he married his friend and partner Andrea, the daughter we didn't have arrived to our family. Last Monday they had their anniversary, two years already. Two years where we see them happily building their family and with it their future.
Como papás, mi esposo y yo, estamos felices que nuestro hijo esté realizando su vida con su esposa de manera independiente, enfrentando la vida en nuestro país, que sabemos que no está sencilla la situación, pero como profesionales los dos, tienen las herramientas en las manos y el apoyo de sus padres para seguir adelante y lograr las metas que se propongan. Dios y nuestro señor Jesucristo bendigan siempre sus vidas, hijos, José Gregorio y Andrea.
As parents, my husband and I are happy that our son is making his life with his wife independently, facing life in our country, we know that the situation is not easy, but as professionals both of them have the tools in their hands and the support of their parents to move forward and achieve the goals they set for themselves. Por recomendación del ginecólogo que me atendía tuvimos a nuestro segundo hijo al poco tiempo, José Vidal, le colocamos el nombre como el de su papá, mi esposo, ya que Vidal es un nombre generacional para él.
On the recommendation of my gynecologist we had our second son soon after, José Vidal, we named him after his father, my husband, since Vidal is a generational name for him.
Mi segundo embarazo fue como el primero, con conato de aborto y medicado durante los ocho meses y una semana, porque mi bebé José Vidal, se adelantó. El parto se adelantó, pero gracias a Dios, nuestro señor Jesucristo y el doctor que nos atendía, todo salió bien y pudimos tener a nuestro bebé en brazos para completar la felicidad familiar.
My second pregnancy was like the first one, with a miscarriage and medicated for eight months and one week, because my baby José Vidal, came early. The delivery came early, but thanks to God, our Lord Jesus Christ and the doctor who attended us, everything went well and we were able to hold our baby in our arms to complete the family happiness.
José Vidal, a pesar de haber nacido con un problema de salud, no se le formó el esfínter esofágico inferior, lo que le generaba mucho dolor de estómago y vómitos. Hicimos lo posible hasta que lo operaron en Caracas a la edad de once años, desarrollándose como un niño, adolescente, joven y adulto sanamente feliz.
José Vidal, in spite of being born with a health problem, his lower esophageal sphincter was not formed, which caused him a lot of stomach pain and vomiting. We did our best until he was operated on in Caracas at the age of eleven, and he developed into a healthy and happy child, teenager, young man and adult.
Mi bebé, como yo le decía de pequeño, siempre fue un niño ruidoso y sonriente, muy especial desde pequeño, con unos sentimientos bellos y mucha sensibilidad. En el año 2017, se fue del país, faltándole apenas 8 materias para terminar la carrera de ingeniería en la universidad de Oriente, núcleo Monagas.
My baby, as I used to call him as a child, was always a noisy and smiling child, very special since he was a little boy, with beautiful feelings and a lot of sensitivity. Fue muy duro para nosotros como papás escuchar a nuestros hijos decirnos que, ellos habían hablado y tomado la decisión de que se iría José Vidal del país en búsqueda de mejorar la situación económica porque era a quien le faltaba más tiempo para terminar la universidad.
It was very hard for us as parents to hear our children tell us that they had spoken and made the decision that José Vidal would leave the country in search of a better economic situation because he was the one who had the most time left to finish college.

En septiembre del 2017, se fue a Perú, estando tres años allí, luego fue llamado por mi hermana menor a los EE.UU. en la ciudad de Houston, donde lleva cuatro años, el 28 de septiembre de este año cumplirá cinco años, Dios mediante. En el tiempo que mi hijo ha estado allá ha tenido que trabajar fuertemente, al punto que muchas veces me llamaba para que lo acompañara hablando hasta altas horas de la noche mientras él realizaba el trabajo de hacer entregas de medicamentos en clínicas y pacientes terminales.

Gracias a Dios, desde hace un poco más de un año trabaja con una empresa de servicio donde tiene su horario de 7 a 3 de la tarde, a menos que tenga que trabajar sobre tiempo. Se siente cómodo en su trabajo que es lo importante. No ha podido continuar estudiando, pero como padres estamos seguros de que culminará carrera cuando menos lo esperemos. Lo que sí ha hecho es cursos de actualización y certificación por la empresa donde trabaja, eso nos da algo de tranquilidad.
Thank God, for a little over a year now he has been working with a service company where he has his schedule from 7 am to 3 pm, unless he has to work overtime. He feels comfortable in his job, which is the important thing. He has not been able to continue studying, but as parents we are sure that he will finish his studies when we least expect it. What he has done is take refresher and certification courses for the company where he works, which gives us some peace of mind.
En la actualidad, mi hijo es un hombre con una vida y trabajo estable con un futuro prometedor. El 29 de febrero del 2024, se casó con Alejandra, otra hija que sumamos a la familia, en la ciudad de Houston, nosotros presenciamos el matrimonio vía online, con sentimientos encontrados pero felices por nuestros hijos.
Currently, my son is a man with a stable life and job with a promising future. On February 29, 2024, he married Alejandra, another daughter we added to the family, in the city of Houston, we witnessed the marriage online, with mixed feelings but happy for our children.
Pidiéndole a Dios y nuestro señor Jesucristo que bendigan siempre la unión de nuestros hijos con sus esposas, igualmente hijas, en nuestra familia. Como hermanos José Gregorio y José Vidal siempre estuvieron juntos y unidos hasta que José Vidal se fue del país, ahora esa unión la fortalecen a través de la comunicación online, nueva modalidad en nuestra nueva normalidad, amigos.
