¡Hola a todos! Feliz Año 2025... Bienvenidos a mi primer post del año. Espero que hayan tenido un maravilloso cierre de año y un inicio lleno de energía. ¿Cómo pasaron el fin de año? Este año decidí retomar mi rutina de salir a caminar y dedicar tiempo a ejercitarme. Ayer fui a un parque muy conocido aquí en San Cristóbal, y antes de llegar pensé que estaría vacío… ¡pero me equivoqué completamente! Estaba lleno de gente, todos con el mismo objetivo, empezar el año moviéndonos. Aunque me pregunto si se mantendrá igual de concurrido o si la afluencia bajará un poco cuando los niños regresen a clases. El día estaba espectacular, pero el clima nos sorprendió en cuestión de minutos, el sol dio paso a una lluvia repentina. ¿La mejor parte? Fue una experiencia revitalizante. ¡Ya disfruté mi primera lluvia del año, y la verdad es que la necesitaba!

This year I decided to get back into my routine of going for a walk and taking time to exercise. Yesterday I went to a very well known park here in San Cristobal, and before I got there I thought it would be empty... but I was completely wrong! It was full of people, all with the same goal, to start the year moving. Although I wonder if it will stay just as crowded or if the influx will drop a bit when the kids go back to school. The day was spectacular, but the weather surprised us in a matter of minutes, the sun gave way to a sudden rain. The best part? It was a revitalizing experience, I already enjoyed my first rain of the year, and I really needed it!
