"To walk into nature is to witness a thousand miracles." - Mary Davis
After 8 hours of work in front of a laptop, I asked my hubby if we could go out and enjoy nature. We rode a motorcycle and went uphill where sunset has a clear view.
While the fresh air kisses my face and it goes through my lungs, all I can say is, "This is what I need right now."
Then I realized how God knows all of our needs. The scenery and the fresh smell of air. When we feel tired, this is what we need. How loving He is that He knows how to aid our needs.
One of my favorite parts of the day that I love the scenery is every sunset; it's just like a painting that has a different view day by day.
The way the sun colored the sky - orange, yellow, blue, it's just so mesmerizing to look at.
I also appreciate the silhouette of trees whenever the sun goes down.
They look like an art with perfect branches and leaves. And I can't help but capture the moment and save the memories on my phone.
What's more, is the clouds in the background of it. It added to the painting that was supposed to be focused on the tree. It's just so perfect with soft colors of orange, blue, and white.
Every day we're busy with different activities. But nature is a reminder for us to rest and appreciate the beauty of the world.
It's either walking or jogging in the park with your pet, outing/swimming in the ocean with your family and friends, or hiking in the mountains where you get tired but then recharged and satisfied.
Nature is a gift that we should use and appreciate whenever we need it.
When to appreciate nature
Whenever we feel exhausted, tired, or burned out, always choose to go out.
Go to a place where you can smell the fresh air.
Allow yourself to see the beauty of the world instead of using your time indoors. Avoid using phones, see the beauty around you. And meditate on how blessed you are to have such beautiful scenery day by day.
Observe nature
God provided us with such things to enjoy. Not just that. He wants us to learn from them too.
From the small animals, the trees, clouds, sun, we can learn something if we just open our minds and observe them.
There you can see how blessed you are. And how those things help you to survive.
See, nature does not just help us relax. It also teaches us things.
Conclusion
Because nature gives us the happiness we need whenever we're sad and tired, it's just right for us to help maintain its cleanliness. So it is in our hands how we'll make our place a stress reliever for those people who will badly need it. The next generations will demand it, so let's help them see the beauty of it by making it clean as long as possible.
