Greetings everyone, I wish you a great day. My day was very productive but also exhausting, I was extremely busy accomplishing various tasks and at times I felt fatigue taking over. However, I managed to complete all the pending work, which gave me a great sense of satisfaction and accomplishment.
In the afternoon, my husband came to pick me up at the hotel. He noticed my tired face and, as always being the attentive being that he is, decided to take me to a place he knew would relax me. He took me to a high point in the Copey Mountains, a place he knew would fill me with peace and tranquility. This specific spot we went to is exactly at the Hospital type 1 Doctor Manuel Antonio Narvaez Silva, well known as Centro Clinico Nueva Esparta. This clinic is located in the Canta Rana sector, belonging to the Arismendi municipality of Nueva Esparta state, on Margarita Island. From there, you can see all the way to the Mayor's Office of La Asunción, and the view is simply spectacular.

Mi día fue muy productivo pero también agotador, estuve sumamente ocupada cumpliendo con diversas tareas y por momentos sentí que la fatiga se apoderaba de mí. Sin embargo, logré completar todo el trabajo pendiente, lo cual me brindó una gran sensación de satisfacción y logro.
En la tarde, mi esposo vino a buscarme al hotel. Notó mi cara de cansancio y, como siempre siendo el ser atento que es, decidió llevarme a un lugar que sabía me relajaría. Me llevó a un punto elevado del macizo montañoso Copey, un lugar que sabía me llenaría de paz y tranquilidad. Este punto específico al que fuimos se encuentra exactamente en el Hospital tipo 1 Doctor Manuel Antonio Narváez Silva, muy conocido como Centro Clínico Nueva Esparta. Esta clínica se encuentra en el sector Canta Rana, perteneciente al municipio Arismendi del estado Nueva Esparta, en Isla Margarita. Desde allí, se puede ver hasta la alcaldía de la Asunción, y la vista es simplemente espectacular.
As we drove up, I was impressed by how steep the street was. The incline was considerable, but every time I looked out, the view was totally worth it. Upon arrival, the view from this high point was breathtaking. The greenery of the hills blended with the white of the clouds and the blue of the sky, creating a landscape that looked like something out of a painting.
Mientras subíamos en el auto, quedé impresionada por lo empinada que estaba la calle. La pendiente era considerable, pero cada vez que miraba hacia afuera, la vista valía totalmente la pena. Al llegar, la vista desde este punto elevado era impresionante. El verdor de los cerros se mezclaba con el blanco de las nubes y el azul del cielo, creando un paisaje que parecía sacado de un cuadro.
Around the clinic, they have placed benches and some plants so that both patients and their companions can enjoy the natural beauty of the hills.
Alrededor de la clínica, han colocado bancos y algunas plantas para que tanto los pacientes como los acompañantes puedan disfrutar de la belleza natural de los cerros.
On less sunny days, like today, the clouds caress the hills creating a moist and cool atmosphere that feels like an embrace of nature. In addition, the immense oak trees that surround the area look robust and healthy, adding a majestic touch to the landscape.
En días menos soleados, como el de hoy, las nubes acarician los cerros creando un ambiente húmedo y fresco que se siente como un abrazo de la naturaleza. Además, los inmensos robles que rodean la zona se ven robustos y saludables, añadiendo un toque majestuoso al paisaje.
Also in the vicinity of the clinic is a virgin, a religious figure that people can approach to pray for the health and well-being of their loved ones. This image offers a space of peace and comfort for those who are going through difficult times, and seeing it filled me with hope and calm.
También en los alrededores de la clínica se encuentra una virgen, una figura religiosa a la que las personas pueden acercarse para pedir por la salud y bienestar de sus seres queridos. Esta imagen ofrece un espacio de paz y consuelo para quienes están pasando por momentos difíciles, y verlo me llenó de esperanza y calma.
When I finally got ready to leave, I felt that my energy was renewed and my mind was clear. It was at that moment that I was able to appreciate the transportation that takes the locals who live in this area.
Cuando finalmente me dispuse a marcharme, sentí que mis energías estaban renovadas y mi mente despejada. Fue en ese momento que pude apreciar el transporte que sube a los lugareños que viven en este sector.
The truth is that seeing these beautiful landscapes made me forget how overwhelming my day was. I love it when my family knows how to cheer me up and relax my tensions, it makes me love them more every day. We started to descend, and the images I could see were fabulous. I tried to capture some of these sights with my lens so you can appreciate them as well.
La verdad es que ver estos hermosos paisajes hizo que me olvidara de lo abrumador que fue mi día. Me encanta cuando mi familia sabe cómo alegrarme y lograr relajar mis tensiones, eso me hace amarlos más cada día. Comenzamos a bajar, y las imágenes que podía apreciar eran fabulosas. Traté de capturar algunas de estas vistas con mi lente para que puedan apreciarlas también.
