American hops
Released from the vats in May 2000, it was probably the first Belgian beer brewed exclusively with American hops. Never excessive and always surprising, it is La Rulles de Gaume, that magnificent region with a strong identity in the south-east of Belgium. It remains the big sister of a large family that followed it. Available in 75 cl bottles and 20 litre casks.

How does it taste?
here I grabbed a good comment from BeerAdvocate.
Hazy amber orange color with a thick head with good retention.
Aroma with predominant notes of herbal hops, oranges and mild yeast.
Flavor with notes of oranges, tea leaves, herbal hops, pale malt sweetness, some medicine and faint candied sugar. Dry aftertaste with a decent delayed bitterness.
Light to medium body with appropriate carbonation.
Good Belgian Blonde Ale with balanced notes of medicinal and herbal hops.

750 ml bottle into chalice, best before June 2015. Pours moderately hazy golden amber color with a 1 finger dense white head with great retention, that reduces to a small cap that lingers. Nice soapy lacing clings around the glass, with some moderate streaming carbonation. Aromas of lemon, pear, apple, peach, apricot, clove, pepper, herbal, grass, floral, light honey, bread, and herbal/yeast earthiness. Very nice aromas with good balance and complexity of fruity/spicy yeast and malt notes; with good strength. Taste of lemon, pear, apple, peach, bread, light honey, clove, pepper, herbal, grass, floral, and yeast earthiness. Lingering notes of lemon, pear, apple, peach, bread, light honey, herbal, grass, floral, clove, and yeast earthiness on the finish for a good bit. Very nice balance, robustness, and complexity of fruity/spicy yeast and malt flavors; with zero cloying flavors after the finish. Medium carbonation and body; with a very smooth and moderately crisp mouthfeel that is nice. Alcohol is very well hidden with minimal warming present on the finish. Overall this is a very nice Belgian blonde ale. All around good balance and complexity of malt and fruity/spicy yeast flavors; and very smooth to drink. A very enjoyable offering
