Brewery in San Jorge

Approximately two weeks ago with some friends we went to a beer festival in a city that is quite far from ours but on the way back we decided to stop at the town that makes craft beer.

That town is called San Jorge and it is a quite busy city because it has an intersection with a route through which many vehicles transporting food from the countryside pass.

It had been many years since I had set foot in that city and since one of my friends loves the beer they make there so much, we decided to take the trouble to stop and consume something while we got to know the factory, which is also a place to drink beer.

If you see at first when you look at it it seems like an ordinary place from the outside, inside it has all the facilities to manufacture either from the equipment to distill, to cook and to pasteurize.
I really loved the decorations they have. There was also a wall full of awards that they won throughout the country and abroad and among all those awards I loved one very much because the medal was a very well-known animal in this country in Argentina, which is the capybara, although here we call it something else.

Since we had to continue traveling for a long time, the only thing we consumed was a pint of IPA variety with a rich aroma and exquisite flavor. I don't remember perfectly what the fruity notes were, but we accompanied the snack and we still had a long way to go to get home.

Getting to know this brewery was a very nice experience. In the future I would like to go again and try some other varieties and if not, buy some cans to bring back.
