The extended weekend due to the public holiday was a great opportunity for a little more rest and relaxation, but also to buy cans of Robocraft beer for stock, which I ran out of last week.
While I was leaving the purchased cans in the fridge, I noticed another previously purchased and unused one (although in the last post I thought I didn't have any more).
This can remained hidden for the reason that it is a beer with a very high % alcohol, which I put away, in case it happens to be in my hands on a working day or when I have obligations and have to sit behind the wheel.
It's a Robocraft beer, JINX vegneance, Double New England IPA, with 8.5% alcohol.
Unfiltered, unpasteurized, and besides water, it contains barley malt and hops (double hops).
As well as several higher alcohol % Robocraft beers I've tasted so far
and which I found very tasty, I expected nothing less from this one.
When opening the can, the foam came out.
This is also expected because the same thing happened before with beers with increased hops.
After trying to pour, the glass contained only panes, almost imperceptible beer.
The thick foam that rose above the rim of the glass beckoned me to smell it.
Like some kind of tropical fruit juice.
Not even a trace of alcohol smell, although there is a lot of it in beer.
With the first sip, this beautiful fragrance was transferred to my tongue and presented me with a phenomenal refreshing taste.
Although there is no smell of alcohol, when I drank it, I could feel that strength in my mouth.
In addition to the beautiful smell and taste and the incredibly high foam and color of this cloudy, unfiltered beer, it is very beautiful.
Enjoying it while drinking it and figuring out which of the next ones from the new tour I can feature in the next #BeerSaturday challenge.
