Hello fellow beer lovers, today I took a tumble and ended up hurting myself, all stiff, any movement I make hurts. It is in these situations that I believe that age is passing quickly. Following the advice of family and friends, they asked me to drink a dark beer to “cleanse” the impurities of the body and help with healing.
Last year I made a post about this type of beer, I never imagined that I would be one of the people who would need to drink it out of necessity. The BRAHMA Malzbier is a dark beer that people usually drink for medicinal purposes, I don't know if it is found in other parts of the world, but it is a custom/belief in the region where I live.
I will not deny it, I did not find it a tasty beer, its flavor is sweet, its foam is yellowish, it is not attractive. My palate is used to traditional and craft beers. The beer has only 4% alcohol content. Its IBU is 8.5 and it is quite full-bodied. Its composition includes water, malt, cane sugar, corn and hops.
This is not a type of beer that I would drink conventionally, as people say, it is medicinal. Just like medicine, it should be drunk in very specific situations.
I don't know if this belief is true, I like to believe it. On the contrary, it is something that can help me, in the worst case scenario I tasted another beer. By the way, since it has a sweet flavor, I chose to drink it with lunch, I treated it as a side dish juice.

Olá amigos amantes de cerveja, hoje tomei um tombo e acabei me machucando, todo duro, qualquer movimento que eu faço dói. É nessas situações que acredito que a idade passa rápido. Seguindo o conselho de familiares e amigos, eles me pediram para tomar uma cerveja escura para “limpar” as impurezas do corpo e ajudar na cicatrização.
Ano passado fiz um post sobre esse tipo de cerveja, nunca imaginei que seria uma das pessoas que precisaria tomá-la por necessidade. A BRAHMA Malzbier é uma cerveja escura que as pessoas costumam tomar para fins medicinais, não sei se é encontrada em outras partes do mundo, mas é um costume/crença na região onde moro.
Não vou negar, não achei uma cerveja gostosa, seu sabor é doce, sua espuma é amarelada, não é nada atraente. Meu paladar está acostumado com cervejas tradicionais e artesanais. A cerveja tem apenas 4% de teor alcoólico. Seu IBU é 8,5 e é bem encorpada. Sua composição inclui água, malte, açúcar de cana, milho e lúpulo.
Este não é um tipo de cerveja que eu tomaria convencionalmente, como as pessoas dizem, é medicinal. Assim como os remédios, deve ser bebido em situações muito específicas.
Não sei se essa crença é verdadeira, gosto de acreditar. Pelo contrário, é algo que pode me ajudar, no pior cenário eu provei outra cerveja. Aliás, como tem um sabor doce, escolhi tomá-la no almoço, tratei como um suco de acompanhamento.
