Hello, hivers! How are you doing?
It has been raining here since the day we arrived. The planned trip to the beach was canceled due to inclement weather. The kids are growing impatient because they desperately want to go there and play in the sand. But what am I to do? The rain will not stop.
I took this photo on our way to the beach.
Fortunately, the rain had stopped yesterday. It's still gloomy and cold outside, but it's perfect for a trip to the beach where they can play in the sand. I've prepared for this day by purchasing toys for them such as a shovel, rake, and pail. I want them to have a good time at the beach and a memorable two-week vacation.
My youngest carrying his toys. He's so excited.
The beach had only a few people; no one was swimming. I plan to leave early in the morning in order to catch the sunrise. It had been cloudy earlier, but I was fortunate to capture this view while the kids were all busy playing.
We stayed a few hours longer. The kids aren't ready to go home just yet. They're having a great time at the beach. They did not go swimming. They're all just having fun.
I really wanted to go home, but the kids begged me to stay for another few hours. All I can do is take photos of them as they play. They will never have this beach moment again after this vacation. My kids are especially excited for this day because there is no beach nearby.
They will bring us more happy memories when we return home. When they return to school, they will undoubtedly have more stories to tell their classmates.
These photos prove that my youngest had a fantastic time.
I'm just hoping for nice weather in the next few days so I can bring them out to play again.
