Coming of a baby makes everyone in the family excited.
The moment I knew I was pregnant, off course I felt happy and excited but also felt sad because I already given all small clothes of my first born. It means I don't have anything for new born and it means that I will start again from the very beginning.
I remember when I was pregnant with my first born, we really buy anything he needed, from new born clothes, gloves, socks and everything. But now, it seems that it is expensive to buy everything when I already knew that new born clothes can be worn just weeks or a month depending how big or how fast your baby grows.
When my sister in law knew that I am pregnant she then offers the newborn clothes of her baby. Yes, her baby is girl but I told her that it is okay because most newborn clothes are white but some have some color pink but it's okay, the baby won't say no for what he is wearing right? Lol.
I prepare first for the newborn clothes. Glad my sister in law offers her baby's newborn clothes.
I also buy two butterfly hanger clips because I know it is really needed for drying baby's clothes.
I also buy liquid detergent intended for baby's clothes since their skin is still sensitive and we are not using strong detergent for their clothes.
How about you mommy, what kind of soap or liquid detergent you are using for your baby's clothes?
Then, being excited off course I wash the baby's clothes earlier so that I will be ready for his coming. During this time, I used Perla white detergent soap as I never bought that liquid detergent yet.
I now used the two butterfly hanger clips for drying the baby's clothes. Doing it, makes me more excited and I can smell a baby's scent in the clothes.
Once again after how many years, we bought new born diaper again. This is another beginning of many diaper stories, lol. I prefer to buy this brand because this is proven during my first born.
How about you mommy, can you recommend any diaper brand that is cheap yet with good quality and good for our baby's sensitive skin?
A friend also gave some clothes to me. I am so happy when a friend message me that she has something to give for my baby. Who can say no to this? Right? I am so happy meeting her up to get these clothes and most of them are still new.
My godmother gave me a set of baby's little bed and pillows. She said her daughter gave it for my baby. It makes so happy and grateful. I wash their cover again just this morning and it's not dry yet.
My sister in law also gave these items for free. She gave cotton balls, oral cleaner, baby bath soap and baby powder.
Our churchmate also gave other items like sleepy time stick ons and gone away stick ons. Honestly this is my first time to see this, lol. In fact I even ask them where it is for and how to use it, lol. They also gave natural diaper changing spray, baby oil, after shots natural soothing gel (this is so useful after baby's immunization), natural nappy cream and natural insect repellant spray.
They even gave these very cute shoes for baby. Three pairs are so many and I am.so grateful.
My brother's workmate also gave clothes for our baby. This is a big help too atleast I don't need to buy for my baby.
I thank the Lord for providing our needs, our baby's needs through different people around us. I am so grateful that He use them as instrument for us. God will really provide our needs in different ways. We just need to trust.
On November 11, 2024 will be my scheduled CS Operation, I don't know if I can still reach that date because my tummy is so hard right now. It can be earlier if I can feel some pain or will undergo labor.
