Who here does not love cake?
Well. I guess everyone loves cake because they are sweet, delicious and gives us happiness.
Today, my wonderful sister made a new recipe by following a video tutorial. I waa not at home when she baked the cake but I am so proud of her to have made it.
Though it's not her first time baking a cake, this homemade purple yam cake is definitely the most delicious cake she ever made.
She made the purple yam herself the other day, I am not sure how she did it but she combined purple ube, coconut milk and sugar accompanied buy complaints on how hard making it was. Lol
Everybody loved her purple yam, in fact, my husband could not stop himself from eating them.
Today, my rest day from work and while at the farm to some chores, my sister called telling us she sent something in messenger and when we looked at it, she was bragging how pretty her purple cake was and of course that made it go home faster. I suddenly got hungry by the sight of it.
Upon arriving home, we all got so excited with her cake and so we had out snacks. My sister skillfully sliced the round cake finishing it off with an ice crystal form rhat everybody adored.
I caught my daughter enjoying her cake, to the point that I see her emotion as she took the food to her mouth where flavors exploded.
I enjoyed the sight of my daughter enjoying her food, in fact, we all did and I am so proud of my sister and happy that her hard work paid off with a delightful cake recipe that everyone will love.
