Happy New Year! We celebrated New Year's Eve at our house with my brother in law and his family. We wanted to have a small feast so we prepared some food to welcome 2025.

The Food

We already finished with the nachos and home made pizza but we are not yet done with the steak and pasta.

It was a bit difficult to make the pizza since we decided to make our own dough. It was a challenge kneading it by hand. We still had some leftover dough so we made bread for breakfast in the morning.

We cooked the steak in garlic and butter making sure it's not too well done.

We also cooked the spaghetti sauce while the steak is being done.

We also did another pasta but this one has pesto sauce.

Finally our New Year's Eve food or Media Noche is served.

Fireworks

By midnight, there were already a lot of noise and fireworks. We climbed to our rooftop to watch some and take photos.

Our neighbor and their kids also lighted some fireworks.

After watching the fireworks we went down and had our Media Noche.

In the morning we made bread with the left over dough but it was hard as a rock.

It was a fun evening and we slept around three a.m.. We were tired but enjoyed our little party. I'm looking forward to a great 2025!
