I decided to buy new pants for myself, I mean, it's really been a long time since I last bought a new one. And would you believe that I only have four pairs of pants, and two of them are already 4 to 5 years old? I've been wearing my pants for years now. I bought them using Mommy F's money gift, during Christmas. I bought it with Mama in Lucky 99 in Pinamalayan, and to tell you the truth, Lucky 99 already closed down, and yep, the pants I bought in there are still with me, I don't wear them that often. Lol.
I really don't like wearing pants, I still prefer my cargo shorts, which are more comfortable to me. But, it's not like I can wear them when there's an occasion or like when I enter the church. I at least need to look more presentable, so I still need at least 2 to 4 pants. And to be honest, it's actually Mommy F who's always encouraging me to buy pants because if it's just me, I will seriously never buy one. Lol. I hated it more when skinny jeans became the trend. Like every pair of pants in every shop are those skinny jeans. Lol.
For someone who has skinny legs and a flat butt, jeans are an enemy for me. And I don't really like to wear a pad or whatever it was called to make my butt look plump, juicy, and fake, lol. And I know there's a good workout routine to achieve a nice-shaped butt, but I am too lazy to do that right now, so maybe next time. I really need to work on this one soonest. The fats on my belly should've come to my butt and not on my belly, I wish I could just move it magically for these insecurities to disappear (⊙_◎).
But anyways, I decided to buy pants in thrift shops because I know that even secondhand, we can really find quality pants in there. So I asked Mama to accompany me to the "Palanyag" near the PUP campus where a lot of stalls were built. It's such a nice day, then, it's a little cloudy, and there's a light rain too. But that's just perfect weather for a walk or in this kind of endeavor.
We took our time walking because the weather is really nice, and we don't really have to think about Mr. Sunny toasting us, lol.
And because we're already in there, we just decide to check every stall, because why not, right? There's actually a lot of good stuff in there, if only money were not the problem, eh ( ꈍᴗꈍ).
So our first stop was here, there's a lot of shoes, and they all look cool, though. I'm not updated when it comes to the latest trend when it comes to shoes, but they look cool, right? We spent a little more of our time here because Mama found something she really wants but can't decide what to get. Lol. Their price ranges from 130 to 400+. I could only afford 120 PHP here, sadly. Lol. I couldn't find anything that is to my liking, though. I liked shoes before, but not anymore. And I'm always a converse fan, so if I buy, then I'll go with that kind of design.
We didn't check the other stalls because some of them sell stuff we didn't really need. There are stalls here too that sell brand new clothes.
Then here's one of the thrift shops we checked. See those pants hanging in there? I saw wide-leg pants, I like them, but the problem is they are high-waisted. I actually check the pants here, one by one, while Mama is busy checking something for herself, especially shorts. We also spent more time here because I am so eager to bring home a new secondhand pants, lol. But in the end, I didn't find any. If not too big, then it is damaged. Another thing is all of their pants are ripped, and I already have that kind of jeans, I don't want to add more.
Walking around and finding things that are so hard to find made me hungry, so we decided to go visit the park. There's a food court in there, and I am actually craving some street foods, particularly cheese sticks. So here we are on the way to the park.
Unfortunately, there are no available cheese sticks on the food stalls there. So we went to the other place that sells street foods. It is just near the Pick Up Shop and they are actually new there. They had the same setup as the others and had a cheese sticks that day. They have the other version which is cheese with hatdogs but I prefer just the cheese so I bought it, same with Mama. We just bought it home an eat there. I don't have a photo coz i'm really hungry na, lol ( ꈍᴗꈍ).
