He estado una semana sin realizar rutinas de ejercicio debido a una fuerte gripe que me afectรณ. Durante este tiempo, aprovechรฉ para observar diversas rutinas y aprender cรณmo ejecutarlas paso a paso, con la intenciรณn de compartirlas con ustedes mรกs adelante. Agradezco a Dios porque desde el sรกbado he podido retomar mis actividades. Comencรฉ el fin de semana haciendo running y hoy decidรญ que no podรญa esperar mรกs para poner en prรกctica estรก rutina que me parece excelente.
Quiero mostrarles que podemos entrenar con cualquier objeto que tengamos en casa. He visto muchos ejercicios en tablas, pero dado que no dispongo de una, encontrรฉ inspiraciรณn en las redes sociales, donde una brasileรฑa utilizรณ un bloque para trabajar las piernas. Asรญ que aquรญ estoy, lista para la acciรณn. En el video que comparto, les muestro los ejercicios que realicรฉ hasta el fallo, indicando el nรบmero de repeticiones y las rondas que se deben realizar para cada ejercicio. Entre cada ejercicio, hago una pausa de descanso de 20 segundos, y entre las rondas, de 1 minuto.
Es importante mencionar que pueden adaptar el nรบmero de repeticiones y rondas segรบn su nivel y ritmo personal. Cada uno debe trabajar a su propio paso. I have been a week without exercise routines due to a bad flu that affected me. During this time, I took the opportunity to observe various routines and learn how to execute them step by step, with the intention of sharing them with you later. I thank God because since Saturday I have been able to resume my activities. I started the weekend running and today I decided that I could not wait any longer to put into practice this routine that I think is excellent.
I want to show you that we can train with any object we have at home. I have seen a lot of exercises on boards, but since I don't have one, I found inspiration on social media, where a Brazilian woman used a block to work her legs. So here I am, ready for action. In the video I share, I show you the exercises I performed to failure, indicating the number of repetitions and rounds to perform for each exercise. Between each exercise, I take a rest pause of 20 seconds, and between rounds, 1 minute.
It is important to mention that you can adapt the number of repetitions and rounds according to your personal level and pace. Everyone should work at their own pace.
